2bd / 2bath house with stunning lake views and private dock and beach

Enjoy amazing lake views and private dock access in this 2 Bedroom, 2 bathroom lake house. The house sleeps 6 with one pull out double sofa bed, one king sized bed, and one queen sized bed. The house is located 2 miles from downtown Coeur d'Alene, and sits right above the Centennial Trail, and directly across from Silver Beach Marina and the CDA Resort Golf Course. During your stay you will have access to our private dock that is a short (.5 mile) walk drive from the house. At the dock you can lounge and enjoy the sunshine, or take the paddle boat out for a spin on the lake. You can also roast marshmallows and hot dogs while you enjoy the beach fire pit. The house deck has amazing lake views where you can sip a cold drink while you BBQ and enjoy dining outside. We know you will have a great stay!!

ATTN Ironman Renters:
This house is a great rental for Ironman!! The Ironman course goes by the house 8 times. You can cheer from the deck above the trail, or from the private dock right along the trail. If you arrive early you can check out the lake temperature by taking a swim directly from the dock, or bike right from the house for a ride on the trail.
