The flat is very comfortable and spacious with a lovely view on the small marina of the picturesque town. We enjoyed the very friendly atmosphere in the little town. It is a charming resort providing various places where you can enjoy good food and drink served by very amicable waitresses/waiters. It is a good starting point for bicyle rides. And Holland is an ideal place for bicycle tours because it has the best cycle tracks ever. The flat owner has paid for our parking lot on one of the town's official parking places. So we only had a very short walk to our flat from there and didn't have to worry about the otherwise very high costs: 50 Euros for a day ticket. So we could pleasantly relax during our entire stay at Veere. Their museum is a must. It includes an old townhouse, their town hall and an old unfinished church which serves as a exhibition room for all kinds of art. Moreover, you can go up the tower (about 250 steps high) and enjoy a marvellous view of the entire area. It is also very nice to walk around in the little town with its beautiful houses and gardens. To conclude: it is always worth a visit to come back again!

In the belle etage (1st Floor) the view is directly to the small harbor of sailing boats with sunset behind. Bathroom and kitchenette and living room are top level beautiful. For the beds i would like to have oversize 2,20 meters length ones in future. We can recommend this apartment and host. Greetings from cologne to Veere. Which is having a Scottish history by the way!

Nice 1 bedroom apartment at a great location ,overlooking harbor and lake. Due to the small town ,it easy to navigate by walking or biking. Close to Middelburg and Vlissingen. Hosts are great to deal with, are there when needed, otherwise will leave you alone. Only drawback is you must be able to climb a set of steep stairs, which could be a problem if your mobility is somewhat limited. Otherwise highly recommended. Bill and Mary van Veen

We’ve been in many other apartments in and out of Holland and this one is the best we have ever been. Charming, well equipped and with a excellent level of comfort. Best bed and best couch we have ever had when on holiday. While appreciating the great view you can comfortably have a drink and relax in the big chair. In our opinion a pearl in a nice and lovely village. Very friendly and nice owner. We seriously recommend a booking .

We hebben enorm genoten van ons weekendje weg in dit mooie appartement! De gastheer is erg aardig en reageert snel bij vragen. Het appartement heeft een openhaard en dit gaf extra sfeer en een behaagd gevoel. Wanneer je deze wil laten branden moet je wel zelf het hout meenemen, want dat is er niet, misschien is dat nog een tip aan de gastheer. Ander klein puntje is een zeeprekje voor in de douche. Nogmaals erg genoten en het was top, wanneer we nog is in de buurt zijn zullen we dit zeker boeken!

Leider sind die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den Täglichen Bedarf in Veere sehr begrenzt. Kein Markt, keine Bäckerei keine Apotheke. Alles sehr stark auf Tagestouristen ausgerichtet, entsprechend hohe Preise in der Gastronomie.

Prachtige accommodatie met een fantastisch uitzicht op een top locatie. Alles was aanwezig en de bedden waren heerlijk. Het is een ruim en persoonlijk ingericht appartement in een heel mooi oud gebouw. Daardoor hoorde je de mensen boven je wel eens lopen maar dat was niet storend. We zijn hier helaas maar 2 dagen geweest maar we komen graag nog eens terug.

Door corona hebben we een heerlijk diner besteld bij Fine, in de jachthaven van Veere. TOP! Winkelen in Middelburg en heerlijk wandelen langs het water. Tot ziens!

Was für eine liebevolle, schöne eingerichtete Wohnung...Es entsteht direkt ein Gefühl des nach-Hause-kommens, mit einer gemütlichen Couch, zwei Ohrensessel, die sich an der Heizung wärmen und sich an dem träumerischen Ausblick auf den kleinen Hafen erfreuen...In ihnen kann man sich in den vielen Bildbändern und Büchern verlieren und die Zeit vergessen... Der große Holztisch lädt zum dinieren ein und lässt Kraft tanken für Ausflüge ins verträumte Dörfchen oder an einen der weitläufigen Strände. Küche, Bad und Schlafzimmer lassen keine Wünsche offen und fallen durch originelles Design auf, wie die gesamte Einrichtung ein Design-Schmuckstück ist. Der Kontakt und Umgang mit Bram war sehr angenehm, wir fühlten uns direkt wie zu Hause, oder noch besser: Wie in einem Refugium...

Es sollte eine detailliertere Beschreibung der Wohnung geben, Deckenhöhe in manchen Bereichen(Bad) unter 195cm, schwierig für große Menschen, mein Mann ist 198cm! "Doppelbett" sind zwei zusammengeschobene Betten, Schlafraum insgesamt sehr klein. Treppe zur Wohnung ist eine sehr steile Angelegenheit!! Im Ort gibt es keinen Supermarkt, aber eigentlich noch schlimmer ist, daß es auch keine Bäckerei gibt. Eine detailliertere Wohnungsbeschreibung wäre hilfreich gewesen, für meinen großen Mann und mich eine geeignetere Unterkunft zu finden. Ansonsten war der Vermieter sehr freundlich und wir haben ein paar schöne Tage in Zeeland verbracht.

Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und gediegen eingerichtet. Von gemütlichen Sesseln aus, genießt man den Blick auf den Hafen von Veere. Im Schlafzimmer befindet man sich mit etwas Fantasie in einer anderen Zeit, dank der schweren, alten Holztüren mit den Eisenriegeln. Bram ist ein sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Vermieter.
