We have stayed at this house several times and finally made it back after a three year hiatus. The house is perfect for our group size. The loft is a great space for kids, especially on a rainy and windy day. We love the fire pit and outdoor area. It is super convenient to be right across the street from the park and lake. Everything was clean and tidy.

The property had plenty of space and worked well for our group, which we appreciated. However, there were several maintenance and cleanliness issues that should be addressed.Upon arrival, the lawn had not been mowed, which gave the property a neglected appearance. The most significant issue was that the air conditioning only worked properly in one bedroom and did not adequately cool the rest of the house, making much of the home uncomfortable during warmer parts of the day.We also noticed spider webs in the indoor corridor, suggesting that some areas had not been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. In addition, there were not enough trash bags provided for the duration of our stay, which created an inconvenience.Overall, the home has a lot of potential due to its size and layout, but better attention to maintenance, cleanliness, and basic guest supplies would greatly improve the experience for future guests.
