Set across two spacious levels, this relaxed coastal retreat offers direct beach access, ocean views from every room, and two private balconies where you can unwind to the soothing sound of the waves.
Located on the top two floors of a four-storey walk-up complex, Crystal Beach is ideal for guests wanting to experience laid-back absolute beachfront living in one of the Southern Gold Coast’s most sought-after locations.
Light-filled interiors, refreshing sea breezes and open-plan living spaces create a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a day spent at the beach. The lower level features a private sitting room, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and spacious living and dining areas flowing seamlessly onto a covered balcony — ideal for outdoor dining or enjoying your morning coffee overlooking the ocean.
Upstairs, both bedrooms provide a peaceful coastal retreat:
* Main bedroom with queen bed, ensuite and private balcony overlooking the resort-style pool and stunning ocean views
* Second bedroom with two single beds
* Full-sized bathroom / laundry with shower over bath and a washing machine (please note there is no dryer)
* Separate toilet for added convenience
Guests can also enjoy access to the resort-style swimming pool and spa, all just steps from the golden sands of Tugun Beach — with no roads to cross between you and the beach, making it an ideal choice for families.
Crystal Beach also offers secure parking for one vehicle.

Keys are to be collected and returned to our office, 76 Griffith St, Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 8 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport.
Linen
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

Couldn’t be happier with our stay. The unit is perfectly located right on the beach and catches the sea breezes from all directions which made the December stay surprisingly comfortable. Awesome pool and heated spa below which the kids loved, and the bike track out front made afternoon rides a delight. The complex (at least at Christmas) had a really laid back family feel which we and the kids loved. Already booked for next year!

Having to rent bed linen & towels, told to bring own dish liquid etc - for a one week stay. Nothing in the pantry except a small amount of dubious olive oil. No a/c or ceiling fans. 2 portable fans worked - one had to have its spokes bent into position. Unimpressed.
