Kirra Vista 9 is a comfortable two-bedroom apartment perfectly positioned in the heart of Kirra, directly across from Kirra Beach. Offering relaxed coastal living in an unbeatable beachfront location, this affordable holiday unit is ideal for couples, families or small groups seeking a classic seaside escape.
The apartment is situated on the first floor (walk up, no lift) and features a private beachfront balcony where ocean views and refreshing sea breezes flow through the living space, creating an easy, laid-back coastal atmosphere.
The open-plan living and dining area is comfortably furnished and includes a smart TV, DVD player and complimentary Wi-Fi, making it a relaxed space to unwind after a day at the beach. Sliding doors open onto the balcony, the perfect spot for morning coffee, sunset drinks, whale watching in winter, or enjoying the vibrant atmosphere during local events such as the Cooly Rocks On festival.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a convenient holiday stay, including a dishwasher and full cooking facilities, along with a dedicated dining area for shared meals.
The apartment offers two well-appointed bedrooms, with the main bedroom featuring a queen bed and the second bedroom including two single beds. Both bedrooms are fitted with ceiling fans to ensure year-round comfort.
A fully renovated bathroom / laundry is complete with a walk-in shower, toilet, washing machine and dryer for added convenience.
Guests also have access to a shared in-ground swimming pool and secure underground parking for one vehicle.
Perfectly located, Kirra Vista 9 sits just steps from the Oceanway Path, a scenic beachfront pathway stretching along the coastline, ideal for walking, cycling or jogging. Guests are also within easy strolling distance of Kirra’s vibrant café and dining scene, with a wide selection of restaurants, bars and local shops nearby.

Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 4 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport.
Linen
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

An older property compared to the units surrounding it but renovated nicely to have a more modern feel. Great location and would comfortably house a small family for a stay. Convenient location to cafes and restaurants within walking distance or even a very short drive to Coolangatta. Beautiful beach straight across the road. Not sure what else you could ask for!
