This bright and airy unit provides all you need for a wonderful vacation. Make yourself at home. Beautifully appointed with imported Italian porcelain flooring, a gorgeous kitchen with black granite counters and honey maple cabinetry with custom stone back splash. New stainless appliances were recently added.
All the conveniences are here.
The residence incorporates a split floor plan for added privacy. Bedrooms are located on either side of the living/dining Room; each having Its own bathroom/shower with granite and custom vanities. The huge master Includes a queen size bed and sitting area with walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers both a double and a twin bed with large reach-in closet.
All cooking and living amenities are afforded. Your trip to the Beach is also covered as you have high and low beach chairs (6), umbrellas, some beach toys, beach towels 2 Igloo coolers. Tennis racquets/balls await your game on one of the three Har-tru clay courts on site.
Bosch washer and dryer appliances are in the unit for your laundry needs.
Relax as you watch your entertainment on one of the three flat screen TV’s with Xfinity X1 HD. The 49” living room unit includes a Blue Ray DVD player. There is a free secure Xfinity WI-FI connection available in the residence with unlimited data.
This unit has Preferred and Assigned Carport Parking; close to the south building entrance. Your vehicle will stay cool and dry on the those hot days!
Harbor Towers is a wonderful waterfront resort style complex located on the Gulf Intracoastal Waterway. The grand waterfall welcomes you to this tropical oasis as you enter the grounds. Beach Access is via the public access entrance a few hundred yards up the street.
Questions or assistance once you arrive?... No Worries! This particular unit is supported by "on-site" management. The rental office is located on the main floor of the complex.
Harbor Towers is a secure compound with coded entry at gate/doors.
Resort amenities Include; 2 heated pools, clay tennis courts, fishing facilities, a remodeled weight/exercise room, men and women's saunas, as well as a marina basin with island picnic area. There are 4 BBQ's in the expansive poolside patio area along with ample tables and seating to enjoy your meals. Take a stroll to the island gazebo with your evening beverage and enjoy a chance encounter with dolphins or manatees.

We had a great vacation in Siesta Key and staying at this condo made it even more special. The unit was lovely. It was extremely clean, very comfortable, very modern and up to date, well stocked, and the owner thought of everything in terms of what guests might need. It was super busy in Siesta Key this time of year (spring break), so returning to the condo after a long day on the beach was a welcoming, quiet and peaceful retreat after dealing with large crowds and traffic all day. The location was great. It was our welcoming oasis at the end of a busy day. The layout of the condo is great in that the bedrooms are separated by the large living room. Ideal for families. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, the pool was fabulous and our little one really loved the baby pool. The people were extremely friendly and helpful. Additionally, the condo owner was extremely responsive and helpful before, during and after our stay. We would highly recommend this unit. It was perfect for us and we can’t wait to return!

My friend and i stayed in this condo for a month. We were impressed by how well managed the property is and how responsive the management office wss to our questions or requests. John, the owner, was always belpful and genuinely interested in doing all he could to ensure our comfort. The condo unit is well equipped and the building is quiet and clean. The pool is a popular spot. The benches overlooking the inland waterway offer a lovely place to relax.

This is our second time visiting this condo. Our family really enjoys the layout of the 2 bdrm/2 bthrm unit, fully equipped kitchen, lots of towels, washer/dryer + additional amenities (great beach chairs, umbrella, tennis rackets, three bikes, etc.). The owner is always extremely helpful and kind. Looking forward to returning to Siesta Key one day soon!
