About this house rental
This renovated three level townhome is just steps from the free shuttle taking you to the base of the mountain (
The first level entry hallway has ample mountaineering storage. You will find a bench, ski/snowboard storage closet, 14 cubbies for helmets and gear, tons of wall hooks for hanging ski wear and jackets and an 8 Pair Cyclone boot and glove dryer (air and heat). Don't start your day with cold and wet boots or gloves! This floor has 2 bedrooms and one full bathroom. The first bedroom has 2 XL twin beds, a 49in flat screen TV and attached full bathroom (shower/tub combo). The other large bed room has 2 XL twin beds and a hangout area with sectional couch/TV (55in). This level is perfect for the kids!
The second level has an open layout that allows you to move freely between the kitchen, dining area, family room and large covered patio. This perfect gathering spot for family and friends boasts a fully equipped kitchen with new stainless appliances, expansive countertops, pantry, cabinets stocked with cooking utensils and counter seating for 4. The dining area has a large table with seating for 8 people. A dry bar complete with a wine/beverage refrigerator, glassware storage for any drink type (wine, shot, margarita, martini, champagne) is perfect after a fun day on the mountain. The sun filled family room has a sectional couch, 2 leather chairs, gas fireplace and a 65in flat screen TV. This level opens to a large covered private deck with eating space for 6, extensive views of the Yampa Valley and a natural gas grill so you will never run out of propane. A laundry room with full washer and dryer and half bathroom are also located on this level.
The third level has two comfortable bedrooms. The Master and Guest bedrooms each have king sized beds, private en-suite bathroom and spacious closets with built-in drawers and hanging space.
The entire half duplex was updated with all new paint, kitchen, furniture, televisions, bedding, mattresses, flooring, bathrooms, cookware, utensils, crockpot, blender, and Keurig coffee. Make our slice of heaven yours!

The location is excellent. We took the bus to the 4th of July parade and walked to the drone show. The kitchen is stocked extremely well. We found everything we needed to cook two large family meals, including a meat thermometer! The layout worked very well for us-lots of bathrooms and there was ample parking for two vehicles. The upper story bedrooms were a bit warm at night, but the fans provided helped.

Debbie was such a great host and this property was perfect for our family ski trip. Very conveniently located next to the bus stop and Ubers were easy to get as well. Would certainly come back here!

We really enjoyed our weekend at this property. It was very comfortable with everything we needed for our group of friends and family. We especially enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and spending time on the patio. The location is fantastic - right next to the bus stop (which is free!). We also appreciated that there was parking for 3 cars.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. We have rented LOTS of VRBOs in the past and this was definitely the best equipped kitchen and unit we have ever stayed in. It was right by the bus stop for the free local bus which enabled everyone to go in different directions. It was a great fit for two couples and their two adult daughters. Thank you for a wonderful time!
