From Harrisburg, Lancaster (or easy drive to Carlisle & Gettysburg), escape to do what you love to do--create! House converts to a vacation tourist home for your visit to or near Hershey, Lancaster, Carlisle area attractions. Not a crafter? No problem! Use the retreat house as your home away from home while visiting area attractions or attending family events! Wine & antique lover? Local vineyards & antique auto museums are close as well. House sits in a quiet country setting with few neighbors. Guests can even catch a glimpse of the area wildlife of deer, wild turkey & rabbits grazing in the yard or adjacent meadow. Also in the area: Hersheypark, Antique Auto Museum of America, Lancaster Amish are all close by! Never a shortage of things to do & plenty of chocolate!

My family and I had a wonderful time here. We gathered for my grandson's birthday. A trip to Hershey Park. This was the first time I stayed at a BNB type rental. The Retreat House was perfect. We had space to spread out. It was a home away from home. Anita is a great host! We had rain one day such that the park was closed. Anita had suggestions that worked out perfectly.
I would come back here just to get away!

This home was perfect for our girls' weekend in Hershey. The home was clean and cozy and had plenty of space. Anita was a wonderful host; there when you needed her. We would definitely book again!
