There are nominal fees that are paid before or after you check out of this timeshare usually $13-14 per day for island tax and daily usage. You receive one free parking spot with this purchase.Views vary in price please be specific on which view you are interested in and also if you need a full size kitchen as some 2 bedrooms at this property have kitchenettes. If booked through online bookings you will receive a island view. There are no refunds or cancellations once purchased. You must sign a basic rental agreement on every purchase. The Marriott Maui Ocean Club, located on Ka'anapali Beach is a full service resort with everything needed for a great vacation. The hotel is located right on the beach and has all of the comforts and services that you expect in a five star resort. Amenities include weekly maid service, room service, exercise facilities, spa services, concierge. There are three restaurants located on the property serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food and drinks are available at the pool and beach!
Ocean front villas have two bedrooms with king beds and two queen convertible sofa beds, kitchenette with dining area, living room and two to three Lanai. Additional roll-out and cribs are available.
The magnificent pool has fun for adults and also has a separate kids play area with a pirate ship and slides. The poolside bar is nestled between waterfalls and two hot-tubs. There are two world-class golf courses adjacent to the exclusive Ka'anapali beach strip.
The Marriott is two miles from Lahaina, the 19th century whaling village. Lahaina is a spectacular place for dining, shopping and entertainment. There are many other wonderful places to go and sights to see just minutes from the resort!
