There are nominal fees that are paid before or after you check out of this timeshare usually $19-$22 per day for island tax and daily usage. You receive one free parking spot with this purchase.Views vary in price please be specific on which view you are interested in and also if you need a full size kitchen as some 2 bedrooms at this property have kitchenettes. If booked through online bookings you will receive a island view. There are no refunds or cancellations once purchased. You must sign a basic rental agreement on every purchase. The Marriott Maui Ocean Club, located on Ka'anapali Beach is a full service resort with everything needed for a great vacation. The hotel is located right on the beach and has all of the comforts and services that you expect in a five star resort. Amenities include weekly maid service, room service, exercise facilities, spa services, concierge. There are three restaurants located on the property serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food and drinks are available at the pool and beach!
Villas have two bedrooms with king beds and two queen convertible sofa beds, kitchenette with dining area, living room and two to three Lanai. Additional roll-out and cribs are available.
The magnificent pool has fun for adults and also has a separate kids play area with a pirate ship and slides. The poolside bar is nestled between waterfalls and two hot-tubs. There are two world-class golf courses adjacent to the exclusive Ka'anapali beach strip.
The Marriott is two miles from Lahaina, the 19th century whaling village. Lahaina is a spectacular place for dining, shopping and entertainment. There are many other wonderful places to go and sights to see just minutes from the resort!

I was nervous to book a vacation of this magnitude with a total stranger but I needed to leave a review after having such a positive experience!
We had requested 2 units at this resort...an Ocean View unit and Ocean Front unit (on a higher floor) for which we were willing to pay a lot for. I was worried that we wouldn't get exactly what we paid for but James and his team came through beautifully.
Both units were exactly what we requested and ended up making our vacation the BEST ever! The resort was hands down one of the best we've ever been to and we've stayed in tons of places around the US, Mexico and Caribbean.
It's not easy to plan a trip for 2 families traveling together and I had emailed and called many owners but couldn't pull it off until I found James.

Upon our arrival we were pleasantly surprised to find an exceptionally spotless accommodations. The ocean view
from the room was awesome. Their were two couples and we had all the privacy that we needed. We dined in for
a few meals and the kitchen was well stocked with plates, etc. The resort facilities were easy to get to and well
maintained. We visited the gym and restaurants. The condo was decorated very nicely. We would definitely come again.

I spent a week at the maui marriot ocean club and it is a great location for families. Responsive staff and nice convenient property. We spent the next four nights at the westin kaanapali villas. It was horrible for many reasons. It was overcrowded overpriced and not as clean. The accomodations are nice but it is so close to the main road all we heard was traffic and no ocean. I would never go back.
