This site (VRBO 1171244) combines two lake front homes together:
Park Place (VRBO 418081) sleeps 20, has 6 bedrooms and 6 1/2 bathrooms.
BoardWalk (VRBO 641693) sleeps 12, has four bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms .
These lake-front homes, located on a quiet dead-end street. Their driveways are 90 feet apart. There are 5 homes on the street and these 2 are the bookends, with 3 homes in between them. The homes are inholdings of the 2000+ acre Lake Norman State Park.
Be sure and check out each homes' videos! The end of Boardwalk's (136 Supreme Court) shows the 2000 acre wooded Lake Norman State Park which surrounds the homes. To the left of the home the video shows part of the parks' 13 mile of shoreline.
Park Place has:
- 6 bedrooms (4 are suites), 6.5 bathrooms; sleeps up to 20 guests
- The 4 suites have their own private bathroom and deck
- There are 5 sleeping sofas, 3 of them are located in the 30 by 15 foot movie theater. The movie theater is the home's 6th bedroom.
- No bunk beds
- the linen room contains the home's washer and dryer
- the master bath has a 7 by 9 foot walk-in shower and a jet tub
- The home's Private Dock has room to dock two boats, one of which can be a pontoon boat
- dock is in a small cove right off the main channel
- Two kayaks, two canoes, paddles and life vests come with the rental of the home.
- Movie theater room has a 10-foot screen so bringing your own control panel and games.

BoardWalk has:
- 4 bedrooms, all upstairs
- 2 sleeping couches downstairs in the living room area
- A full bathroom is on each level
- washer, dryer and linens are located in the upstairs bathroom

- boathouse with 2 kayaks, 2 canoes, life vests, and paddles
- a sunfish sailboat is also available for those who know how to sail. If you don't know to sail lessons can be provided, if desired.
- 2 charcoal grills, one of which is Green Egg. If you don't know about this grill, please look it up on line.

The Statesville Airport is 8 miles away and has a 7002 foot runway for those who would prefer flying by private plane. Lots of NASCAR people use this airport for their private jets.
The Charlotte Airport has commercial flights and is 50 minutes away.
Both homes come with fully stocked kitchens, 2 grills, 2 kayaks and 2 canoes. Linens and towels, charcoal and propane for the grills, toilet paper and paper towel are also included along with laundry and dish washing detergent.
Please bring you own personal shampoo and body soap. Hand soap, dish washing and laundry detergent are provided.
The homes are not child prove but each home does come with a high chair and pack-n-play.
