About this apartment hotel
The room is located inside of an Eco-friendly hotel. It is set up like a condo, all one room, with a Queen bed, a sleeper sofa, private bathroom, sink area outside shower and toilet room, full kitchen minus an oven; sink, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator, stove top. Private small balcony and 2 shared covered porch areas. The pet fee is $30 a night.
The hotel is 2 floors with FREE parking underneath. We are walking distance from the Beaufort waterfront which has plenty of water activities, fun shops and delicious restaurants.
Please check in at Discovery Diving Co, it is right around the corner from the hotel. Check in is at 2 pm and check out is at 10 am. Discovery diving is open from 8 am to 9 pm. If you will be arriving later, please let us know, so we can make arrangements for you.

Staff was extra friendly. The grounds were clean and the room was very clean. The room smelled fresh and bed was comfortable. The signage to the Discovery Diving to check in was a little confusing. My husband goes inside a green house to check in and a woman was in the kitchen cooking. He told her he was there to check in. She laughed so hard and said, “you and hundreds of others.” It was her home but she said she and her husband had made tons of friends by the mistake. lol! She invited us back to visit!! She said they were having a party one night and a family came to check in but stayed for the entire party! I just find this hilarious!! So… don’t try to check in at the green house or maybe you should because Terri was delightful!! A wonderful stay with our 2 pups that I highly recommend! Oh yeah there are cats that hang out and lounge in the little garden out back!

We’ve really enjoyed our stay here. The room was comfortable, clean, had everything we needed. Great location, easy walk to the waterfront. Great communication with hosts. We’ll be back!

Great location, close to front street where all the action seemed to be. Disliked that it was right beside a busy gas station but other than that it was great.
