About this apartment rental
Large 1Bd/1Ba remodeled beach single story duplex house. Only a 10 -15 minute walk to pier, beaches and shops. King bed, Extra large couch. Plenty of bedding and blankets. Outdoor patio furniture. Private driveway parking for multiple vehicles. Convenient downtown location.
No pets allowed for any reason.
Located just a 10 -15 minute walk (.63 of a mile) from the Pacific Ocean and the Historic San Clemente Pier. There are 25 restaurants within 1/2 mile of the house. San Clemente is also uniquely positioned exactly between San Diego and Los Angeles, and each is approximately a one hour’s drive from here. And of course, DISNEYLAND is only a 35 minute drive from the house. Visit the big tourist spots for the day, then come home to the beach!
THE BEACH
Directly down the street is the historic San Clemente Pier. Only a 10-15 minute walk from your front door and is perfect for swimming, surfing, body boarding, fishing and stand-up-paddle boarding. The waves are usually small but can turn into a world class surf break with the right swell. There are many other beaches in the area that are famous for surfing. San Onofre and Trestles beaches are only 3 miles south.
SHOPPING & RESTAURANTS
Our quaint downtown area is across the street on Avenida Del Mar. Stylish boutiques, surf shops, antique shops, and local or international cuisine. There is also a farmer’s market every Sunday, offering souvenirs, art, and locally grown organic fruits, vegetables and herbs. Take a short stroll to the Pier and dine over the Pacific Ocean at The Fisherman’s Restaurant.

Good location. Owner reached out to us with a known issue and provided a partial refund, which was great. The bbq needs some attention and we had to clean the coffee pot. Other than that it was a good place to stay, a street awaynfrom charming shops and restaurants.

Nice little one bedroom house in the back. Plenty of space for two. Jacuzzi is perfect. Shops, restaurants, coffee within walking distance.

This was the perfect little getaway spot for my girls and I! Close to the beach, restaurants and shops. We loved the hot tub and patio. We'll definitely be back!
