Clearwater Point is across the street from Clearwater Yacht Club at the furthest point south on the island of Clearwater Beach . It is close to shopping, restaurants, and Sand Key Park. There are several pools for you to enjoy not to mention the private beach. Assigned parking is available. The rental includes, water, electric, cable, and internet access. A 3 month minimum lease is required per HOA.

The condo is wonderful. It is in a quiet building and is not in the crowded beach area. The private beach is so nice, especially since you don’t have to deal with typical beach traffic and parking. Highly recommend! Ursula is also wonderful. She was easy to contact and always helpful.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was not only a pretty place, but very convenient to walk to restaurants, shops and the beautiful beach. I have already asked the owner if we could rent it again next yr.
