Renovated in 2013 and newly renovated bathrooms in 2025! Great location, beautiful home, very spacious and clean! Perfect for a get-a-way or Football weekend to Oxford. Centrally located with 1/2 mile beautiful walk to the Oxford Square, 1 mile walk to Campus & the Grove (easy access to the flat walking path that takes you to Gertrude Ford Center & Brewery). 3 Bedroom, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 comfortable living spaces, screened porch, ample parking, Cooks kitchen, 13 foot ceilings, dining table seats 8, bar area seats 4, and beautiful hardwood floors! Located to all of Oxfords Great Restaurants and attractions! Easy transportation via Uber and Lyft! We are super clean and super picky about how clean our house is for our guests - Sheets, towels and pillows are all new and washed thoroughly for each stay!!! The house has tons of light, comfy beds, great spaces for enjoying coffee and wine, stocked kitchen and fridge! We also have personal drivers information upon request. We love our in town home and you will too!

We had a very good experience staying in this home. Owners reached out to us in advance and were communicative throughout when we had questions etc.. the house was perfect, every thing we needed for a weekend get away was there. Highly recommend!
