Culverwells is a spacious detached house located in the quiet rural village of Dalwood, East Devon. With four bedrooms 1 x super king-size, 1 x king-size, 1 x twin and 1x children’s bunk beds. Family bathroom and ground floor shower room. There is a double range cooker in the spacious fitted kitchen. With a sitting room as well as a large dining table in the conservatory with doors opening up onto the large lawned garden with furniture. Culwerwells is perfect for a large group or family who wish to explore Devon and Dorset coastline.
Amenities: Oil fired underfloor flagstone heating. Electric range cooker, American style fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, CD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. With beautiful views on offer and the National Trust properties of Shute Barton and Loughwood Meeting House close by, Axminster is a must to visit.
