About this apartment rental
The apartment is located in a quiet street, 300m from the beach and 10 minutes walk from the center of Crikvenica. At 600m there is a shopping center with various shops including post office, pharmacy, perfumery and two large supermarkets with international and local products.
It can comfortably accommodate 4 people + 1 with extra bed.
It consists of two very bright bedrooms with double bed and large wardrobe.
The rooms have an adjoining terrace where you can drink coffee in the morning enjoying the sea view or having a glass of wine at sunset.
The kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, an electric kettle, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a stove, a microwave, a fridge, and complete dishes and dishes.
In the living area there is a comfortable sofa bed and a table for five people. The TV is flat and you can see international channels.
The bathroom has a modern shower, washing machine and hairdryer.
Sheets and towels are provided.
In the common courtyard you will have access to a gas barbecue for free use.
Free Wi-Fi with fiber and parking are available.
Air conditioning and tourist tax are included in the rate.

Really nice apartment with nice interior and really clean. The owner was nice and welcoming and always there if needed. The beach isn't far from the apartment and its easy to get there. The price is more than just good for this place.So all in all i would recommend this apartment to everyone who searching for an apartment in area.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich. Der Ausblick hat meine Erwartungen übertroffen und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist super. Würde ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Ich kann die Wohnung auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen. Die Vermieterin war super freundlich und die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern. Es ist kein Luxusappartment, aber für den Preis war es wirklich schön. Die Schlafzimmer sind identisch und mit Balkon. Küche, Wohn- und Esszimmer ein Raum. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, eine Spülmaschine wäre noch optimal. Bei Ankunft waren sogar kleine Vorräte (Kaffee, Tee, Wasser, Knäcke und Aufstrich,…) vorhanden, die erstmal zum Überleben gereicht haben. Die Supermärkte im Ort haben aber täglich (auch Sonntags) geöffnet.
Zum Strand führt ein Weg nach unten, der Rückweg ist entsprechend etwas anstrengend, aber machbar ;-)
Der Ort war im August nur sehr überfüllt, wovon man in der Wohnung jedoch nichts mitbekommen hat.
