About this house rental
The Sea of Cortez is a rippling blanket of brochure-blue, we have the Views! You'll have the time of your life in this amazing 3 story, 5,400 square foot, 4 bedroom, 3 bath, fully furnished "Blue Bay Beach house". We are located in the safe and gated subdivision of the Caracol Peninsula, you'll find everything you need to make yourself at home including a fully stocked kitchen, WIFI, Cable TV, games. Soak in the spectacular Tetakawi mountain, ocean and bay views from every patio while relaxing on our comfortable patio furniture. If you're the outdoor type, walk out the front door to the peaceful beach front cove to view marine life, hunt for shells or swim and snorkel. The peaceful and sandy cove is dotted with palm trees and has great views of the mountains, stunning sunrises and sunsets.
A short car drive away you'll find the Marina San Carlos where you can kick back and sample delicious food/drink and live music at the many restaurants and bars. Our Yacht and captain are available for rent 2,000 pesos an hour ask for details.

The property is beautiful, spacious, clean well equipped and with stunning views!! Everything was extremely clean and very organized. The kitchen has everything that you need for a short or long stay. Restrooms have more than enough towels and plenty of pillows and blankets for all. It is conveniently located within walking distance to the beach but it is is a steep hill on your way back to the house. I would recommend taking all your beach items in one trip as it is a bit of a walk, and there is no parking right by the beach. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family. **BONUS- Hosts are great, fast communication, accommodating and fast response to messages!!

Clean, well-equipped, great views, modern appliances. 6 adults and 3 children was easily accommodated. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay on the Caracol. Attentive host. Well supplied kitchen. Beautiful artwork and furnishings. Great location for some family bonding!

The rooms were so beautiful and comfortable. The Hot tub was just enough for 6 people to move around in. Ocean view was very nice.
