breakfast was very good friendly staff unfortunately can not say the something about dinner time at salamander restaurant waiter and waitress was rude and kicked out we had chance to finish dinner saying if we want to stay we should pay 5000 grivna.. ridiculous and management should take notice and train people better encouraging to take courses to be polite as waiter acted like he owns the place

It is my 4th time to stay at the venue, as always everything was just great!

The room we stayed at had windows on a ceiling, which was somewhat uncomfortable because of the noise created by rain and unexpected light early in the morning

Loved the territory and the SPA facilities, especially the open air infinity pool. The garden is fabulous and very well maintained.

Navigating the hotel territory is a perplexing experience. We booked a place in the barbecue area and had zero clue how to find it, ended up walking there for almost 20 minutes by getting outside of a hotel and passing an active construction site (!) and a parking lot in the middle of nowhere. There are zero signs everywhere too, like how are we supposed to know where the SPA entrance is if we're here for the first time? The food selection in the restaurant is quite poor and there are no other alternatives in the area; we tried almost all of the dishes within one night. The selection itself is random and the cocktail menu is practically non-existent, while the prices are at Kyiv level to say the least. The breakfast options, as many here have noted, are subpar, and almost half of them are gone within the first half an hour. In addition, you have to pay for everything: better sunbeds, the ball to play basketball, entering the SPA when you're already a guest at the hotel. It feels excessive and unwelcoming, almost like the hotel is taking advantage of the people who can't, for the time being, go to other places abroad.
