Walking distance from the (Intercape) bus station. My room in this small house was very clean and quiet. Good bed, plenty of hot water in the shower, AC funtioning well.
Difficult to get in (no door bell, no one around). Great difficulty in communicating with the staff on the premises since they speak almost no English.

on the 2nd evening there was a bit of unwelcome loud music from the braai area i as one of the guests was not informed there will be and i had needed a calm evening after a rough day

They do not offer the breakfast
Nothing at all, except that they need to consider the breakfast as well

Very good value for money.
There was a maintenance doing work in an adjacent room until 7pm in the evening and no host on site with who I could address the noise.
