This immaculate newly remodeled two bedroom home with a view of the Santa Rita mountains is conveniently located near shopping, hiking, restaurants and golfing. It is newly remodeled with granite counters, ceramic tile and stainless steel appliances. Furnished very comfortably, features include wood floors in the living and dining room and tile floors in a sunny Arizona room. The carpeted master bedroom has a memory foam King bed and attached bathroom with a walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed. The guest bathroom has a tub and shower. The sofa in the Arizona room also makes into a bed for company. A spacious laundry/craft room provides a space for hobbies. There is a high definition TV in the living room and a TV in the master bedroom as well. An attached garage provides lots of storage room. The back patio features a dining set for 6 and a grill.

This home has all the amenities you could ask for, is nicely decorated and is comfortable. Choices for shopping and dining are very close by. The property manager, Shirley, was very accessible and met any needs we had.

We were very comfortable. Everything worked as it was supposed to. It was clean and there was room in the pantry for our groceries. Nice swing in the back yard. Living room furniture very comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood. We really like the split bedroom floor plan. Cheerful yellow kitchen. Easy walking to East Abrego Social Center.
