Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.
All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee
Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees
Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply
Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds

Condo is a nice place for a golf trip or a couple wanting to be close to the island. It wasn’t as dirty as I expected based on previous reviews. It was nice.
Check in was easy. And I was satisfied overall.
I asked if the condo was ready an hour early and was told that it was but it would cost me an additional $25 to get in early. This was ridiculous when it’s simply a door code and I was looking to get into a place that was already ready but it wasn’t the arbitrary time of 4pm.

The unit overall was very nice, however, the amenities were upsetting. The outdoor tiki bar was shut down (looks like it had been for a long time) and you had to go inside resort restaurant to get a drink which took 20-30 min wait. The indoor/outdoor pool shut down at 8pm (which was not described or we would’ve stayed elsewhere). The game room consists of a pool table and dartboard. Was so small that you couldn’t play pool without hitting the wall. The cornhole was inside the sitting area in restaurant (up against a fence) and the bags were destroyed so we weren’t able to play. My family and I enjoy the beach during the day and amenities in the evening when we stay somewhere and this resort was quite upsetting in this area. Only 1 fast food option in a 5 mile radius and 2 options which are 15-18 min away. Not a commercialized beach which was amazing and very family oriented, however, our family like to enjoy the amenities when not at the beach. Hope this helps someone when looking for your next stay.
