About this house rental
Excellent location in great neighborhood only 4 miles from Disney and 20 minutes from airport. The pool overlooks a wildlife pond so there are no backyard neighbors. The large pool faces south for all day sunny enjoyment and is completely covered by screened lanai. The outside patio/eating area is under the roof. The inside floor plan is perfect for two families. Common areas located between bedrooms gives privacy, yet central location for fun together. Large master suite features king bed, ensuite bathroom with soaking tub, seperate shower, walk-in closet. Two bedrooms with two twin beds in each, another bedroom with queen bed - large bathroom with tub/shower - plenty of closet space. Flat screen TV's with cable in living room and 3 bedrooms.
The kitchen has all the appliances you could use, but the house is close to restaurants if you don't wish to cook. There are also lots of restaurants that deliver right to the front door if you just want to relax next to the pool.

Excellent stay .at this villa, clean, well maintained, large closets, plenty of towels. The pool area was clean and spacious. The only dissapointment was the photos on the website, they do not do it justice. The villa is very bright and airy. Will be booking again soon

Our second stay in this home, the location is perfect, quiet neighbourhood but only minutes away from attractions. Highly recommended!

We really love this villa.
It has a great location near Disney.
And the pool looks at a lake.
Also it's clean and the beds are great.
