Connect with friends and family while sipping coffee on the porch and watching for deer, wild turkeys or humming birds. Share some of the fruits of our garden and cook in the fully equipped kitchen or grill on the porch after hiking, touring or just hanging out in hammock. Play air hockey in the attic or games or do a puzzle. A lovely and welcoming environment. The wrap around deck is well laid out, with comfortable seating, shade when you need it, a big outdoor dining table and grill. We spent considerable time in all of those areas. The view from the house of the flower gardens, distant hills and seemingly endless lawn and tall trees is like a painting from the Hudson River School of artists. The inside is filled with comfortable seating and plenty of it. The beds, bedding and towels are all high quality. The kitchen is really well equipped and no matter what we wanted to cook, we could! A (really)short stroll brings you to the old stone church, which is itself beautiful but also has an astounding view across the valley north into the hills and mountains. Very grateful to have benefited from the home these welcoming hosts have shared.

We loved staying at Diane’s property. It was a wonderful location, great accommodations for us and the other family we were traveling with. We enjoyed taking the short walk down the road to the stone church and taking in the beautiful views. And we had perfect weather to enjoy the many decks! We also appreciated the nice touches like labeling where things were, and having two coffee makers! Diane was super responsive when we had questions, but we didn’t have many because she provided great information up front. We would love to stay here again!
