About this house rental
The house is located in a gated community on canals that lead out to the Colorado river. It is nicely located just off the main canal making for easy access to the river. The canals are 5 mph which makes for safe mooring of your boats and PWCs. It also makes for safe swimming or floating on rafts. The house has it's own private 50' dock right in front of the house. There are 2 levels of patio area. The main patio is at the water level. The second patio is off the second floor. The view from the second floor is towards the mountains and the large water area of the main canal where it forks. The house faces East giving it the advantage of afternoon shade during the hottest part of the day, but sun worshipers can still get the sun on the upper patio. This house is located right across the canal from my other house (The Pointe) making for a great set up for larger groups.

Listing of as accurate and the check in/out was easy. Manager was very responsive when we messed up the process.Location is perfect and docking the boat on the back patio was amazing.

This house is one of the most beautiful houses in the river keys. The amenities were excellent everything you needed inside and out close to everything. It was fabulous. I recommend two families going out. You will have a great time.! I think the property owner for what she has done with that place

The open floorplan and private dock were amazing. We had plenty of room and my adult kids got their own rooms. I expected the place to be cleaner and in better working condition than it was on the inside for what we paid, but it was not so bad that we couldn't enjoy ourselves.
