This three bedroom two and half bath townhome is located in a very desirable
Quiet neighborhood in Redondo beach, central location less then 2 miles to Hermosa beach,close to a near by park and walking distance to some local shops and restaurants. Guests will stay upstairs and have the master bedroom,masterbath, guest bathroom, living room, dinnig area, fully equipped kitchen and balcony with small fountain, the two bedrooms and the full bath downstairs will be occupied by me partially since I am not home most of the time,you will not see me or be disturbed however if you want to interact I am open for that as well when I am around sometime. Upon your arrival I will welcome you personally show you around hand you the key we will talk a little bit, I will make sure you have everything such as wifi password ext. and leave you alone.Once you enter this home and take the stairs upstairs, you will find your beautiful home away from home, the impressive attention to detail in this designer home will not go unnoticed. Beautiful living room with vaulted ceilings, fireplace, piano,and wood flooring throughout the entire house, the French doors opens to a beautiful balcony with a little fountain and beautiful sitting furniture where you can entertain or have your morning coffee to the sound of the palm trees. Adjacent to the living room is the dinning room sits six with a beautiful Italian marble table. next to the dinning area is the beautiful kitchen with granite countertops fully equipped and complete stainless appliances, the master suite features vaulted ceilings a large walk in closet partially empty, Queen size ortibedic mattress, high quality down comforter and pillows with 100% cotton sheets, flat screen TV. If you are traveling with more then 2 people the sleeping arrangements besides the master suite
Is either 2 twin size mattress,or the sofa in the livingroom. Plenty drawers both in the master bedroom and the master bathroom, master bathroom has double sink, large glass shower and jacuzzi bath tub. 100% cotton towels. The half bathroom with single sink. This townhouse is located in a very quiet neighborhood, less then two miles to Hermosa beach. It is seven miles to lax airport, 14 miles to downtown Los Angels a quick drive to Palos Verdes by ocean side drive with breat taking
Views, very close to Manhattan beach and Redondo pier. Fourteen miles to Venice beach. 12 miles to Beverly hills and Westwood.

We had high expectations, which were exceeded by Nora and her lovely place. We had the second floor all to ourselves, with a giant living room, kitchen/dining area, bedroom, 2 bathrooms and a lovely porch overlooking the street. It was easy to get to Manhattan, Redondo and Hermosa beaches, and Palos Verdes. Our host Nora couldn't have been nicer and more accommodating. She was always available to answer our questions. The price was fair and as a bonus there was no occupancy tax added on. It is a stand out place to stay and deserves a 5.0 rating.

The rental was very nice, spacious, clean, and accurately represented by the pictures in the listing. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was luxurious. Nora was friendly, welcoming, available, helpful, and accommodating. The neighborhood was lovely, safe, and walkable/accessible to many amenities. The only thing that we didn’t expect is that there is no physical barrier between the upstairs space that we rented and the downstairs space that Nora and her family were occupying- the only separation was a open staircase…and they were there the whole time. You are basically sharing a house with other people- we felt like we had to keep our voices down and be mindful of any noise we made (cooking, TV, etc.) and our comings and goings.
