Enjoy Lake Travis from wrap around decks nestled on the end of a cozy cove! Located directly on the lake with gorgeous panoramic views. Home features three enclosed bedrooms and one alcove with two futons- sleeps 10. Two rooms with King beds; one room has three twins; and one King room has an additional twin. Tennis, marina, swimming pools are on site which is .66 mile walk from the property. Marina slip rental available upon request for an additional $20/night.

I have rented on VRBO many times and will continue to do so. I will share that the owner was very nice, available, and easy to work with. The kitchen was well stocked and had a grill for bbq, the deck is wonderful to sit outside in the evening with a nice breeze. There are 3 rooms (2 upstairs and 1 downstairs). The owner shared with me that the downstairs room gets warm b/c of an AC issue and recommends to put the box fan on (which is loud). The room was VERY warm and uncomfortable. Moving the thermostat can fix the issue, as the upstairs air disengages the AC from running downstairs. The downstairs bed was not comfortable. I will also share that there were bugs in the house I killed 4 bugs crawling around. I also found a scorpion in the house which really bother me b/c we have young children. There were spider webs on the ceiling and all over the outdoor balcony. Some of the light bulbs were not working in the fixtures and the hot tub was dirty. The oven does not seem to cook at correct temperature seems to run lower. I did not have a over thermometer to confirm. Could benefit from updated appliances. I am sharing this feedback as most of this can be easily addressed. The location was further from where we wanted to be (home is at the far end of Lake Travis), which was my mistake. The décor is dated. Overall we had a great time and enjoyed the vacation. I would say for the amount of money charged/night the home could use some updating, cleaning and bug prevention. I appreciate everything.
