Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments as well as be subject to HOA, community and 360 Blue fines.
Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 60 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

The home was perfect for three couples! We like properties with three king beds. Location is convenient to The Beach Club as well as walking distance to Seaside. Thank you for a very nice stay, except for weather….will be back!

The home was beautiful and fit our family perfectly. we enjoyed the front porch and being able to walk, cart or bike everywhere.

We loved this home for our group of 8. It was a central location for beach and tennis. The only suggestion is most of all the rentals that we’ve visited before have beach toys etc and at minimum a spice cabinet. 360 blue was very responsive to our needs and the app was great. We will be back!
