About this apartment rental
Please respect our home just as you would respect your home. This is our personal condo that we live in when guests are not here enjoying it. It is available for 2 responsible adults only.
Watch the wild dolphins play from this completely renovated, well appointed ground floor waterfront condo in a gated community! This is the perfect honeymoon or romantic getaway! Master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen smart tv and a walk-in closet. Bathroom has a shower and a double-stacked washer/dryer for small load convenience. Large 300+ square foot enclosed porch overlooks the water with a grill! Swim in the 2 community pools and enjoy the sun in the chaise lounges. Catch your own fish from the 3 private community fishing piers right here! The common area has a billiards room with 2 pool tables, an impressive gym, men's and women's separate saunas with changing/shower rooms and there is also an indoor hot tub! MBYCC is a gated community with security cameras throughout the entire complex for our safety. It is on the water and only a short 7 minute walk to the beach to watch the gorgeous sunsets. Or walk to bars - The Saltwater Hippie Beach Bar - Brass Captain - The Daiquiri Deck. The ROC Park is next door with a ball field, tennis courts, and basketball. A short 2 mile drive to the famous John's Pass Village for fishing charters, shopping, Bubba Gumps, Hooters, Overhead Surf Shop and so much more!
Archibald Beach Park is 0.3 miles away and is only a 7 minute walk to the beach, 1 minute by car.
Grocery store is 0.2 miles away, a 4 minute walk or a 1 minute drive.
Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the condo at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 25 (twenty-five) years of age.

$50 non-refundable condo association application fee
$200 one-time cleaning fee (includes tax)
Tax rate 13%
NO SMOKING OR VAPING. You will be charged $200.00 if we have to clean up smoking odor.
A photo ID will be required before arrival so we can get your parking pass.

Chris and Missy are amazing and communicate clearly and promptly. The condo was clean, crisp and comfortable. We panicked when we arrived because we forgot a phone charger and there was one right next to the bed for us. The location is great. The pool was refreshing and well-maintained. The outdoor porch was perfect for watching a storm roll in. We will definitely be back. Book here, you’ll have a great time.

We loved this place! Right on the water. We met several new friends at Happy Hour. The best part is you can walk to everything: Groceries, alcohol, beach, restaurants, and John's Pass! Hoping to come back next year!
