Great house to easily host 3 families. The house was clean when we arrived. The carpet is a bit dated and has bleach stains and slight oder, but otherwise everything is great condition.The backyard view is a dumpster and the back of a Mexican restaurant- so keep that in mind when booking, but you can’t beat the location and 3 minute walk to the community’s private beach. The only other frustration we had was the WiFI. It is outdated (not mesh) and they really need extenders on all of the floors for a house that size. We couldn’t stream without the tv freezing on the main floor.

We had a long weekend getaway with extended family. House was as described. A quick walk to the beach was perfect.

House was exactly as listed EXCEPT the outside trash was overflowed when we arrived. It smelled SO bad. I called the management to empty it... they sent someone out the next day who took small pieces of the trash but did not empty it. We arrived Monday pm and trash day wouldn't be until Thursday am. The smell wafted to the pool and all patios the entire stay. Since the trash had been in the bins for so long, after the garbage truck came the smell stayed.
