Newly Remodeled! New Pool and Lanai!
We are located in the most desirable area of Cape Coral, in a million dollar neighborhood, and just one minute from open water by boat. Come and enjoy the beautiful weather and the countless things to do in this tropical paradise!
You will love this sunny home that is fully updated with new appliances and appointments throughout. This property has everything you will want to enjoy the beautiful Southwest Florida area. This home is on a canal and only a one-minute boat ride to the river, the Gulf of Mexico, and beyond. A fisherman's ideal location. Near Sanibel and Captiva Islands by boat or car and close to restaurants, entertainment and shops.
The foyer opens into the lovely open concept floor plan with views of the pool and canal through the lanai sliders. This home includes three bedrooms, two full baths (one is spa-like with a soaking tub and a huge shower), an over-stocked kitchen, large dining area, an inside laundry room with full-size washer and dryer, and a new heated pool, deck area and screened-in lanai.
For the boaters, there is a dock where you can tie up your boat with water and electric at the dock. Please let us know if you plan to tie a boat up on the property. You can also fish right off the dock and catch “keepers” without even leaving the property. We also have two kayaks for you to enjoy. The garage is unavailable for guests. Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach beckon! There, you can enjoy beautiful beaches, the Sanibel light house and some of the best shelling in the world. Get there early and you'll find the shells that have become exposed from the previous tide, truly amazing finds. Bring some beach chairs (provided) and a cooler (provided) and you are set for a relaxing day at the beach! Close to the home (10 minutes) is the newly refurbished Yacht Club beach on the river. For nature lovers, there is Rotary Park which includes a dog park, butterfly house, playground, exercise stations, and amazing trails that will remind you of old Florida; part of the great Florida birding trail, and it is just a bike ride away (2 bikes provided). Also, Ding Darling National Wildlife Preserve is there for the exploring. On the "near side" of Sanibel, Ding Darling is an amazing display of waterfowl and biodiversity. Keep traveling north and you ll find more adventure awaiting on Captiva Island and beyond!!! For more activities don't forget Ft Myers Beach and downtown Ft Myers with great restaurants and live music.

We enjoy it very much, the house is very nice furnished, the pool pleasantly warm, the kitchen is equipped just with all you need and more. The beds very comfortable as well. We rent a boat for some days which was easy to fix at the dock. We enjoyed fishing and preparing the catch of the day for dinner. Shopping possibilities are close reaching within some minutes by car. Wifi fast and good. Sunsets amazing and nice neighbourhood.

This house was just exceptionally well equipped. Everything was in an excellent condition. Its location was so quiet and pieceful in a very beautiful neighborhood with a Park nearby. The house was very spacious including the pool and the whole outside area.

This house sits on a quiet street with a cul-de-sac. The neighborhood is nice and friendly. We enjoyed taking our dogs on walks several times a day. The house is spacious, clean, and comfortable with ample seating and storage. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, appliances and utensils for any occasion. We spent the majority of our time on the amazing pool deck, swimming in the heated and beautiful pool and lounging in the comfortable chairs. We even ate our Christmas dinner outside. The neighborhood has a lot of local activities and Sanibel and Ft. Myers Beach were a short drive away.
Don was very helpful during the booking process and answered all our questions quickly.
The owners have provided everything anyone would need for a vacation.
We enjoyed our time and can’t wait to return to the area in the future.
