About this apartment rental

This property is the best located property in Palm Desert. It is a totally renovated, beautifully decorated gem! You can easily walk to almost anyplace that you might want to visit in Palm Desert. It has a private pool, tenant is responsible for expenses heating the pool (in addition to the private pool there is also a unheated community pool), that is nothing short of incredible - all done in blue mosaic tiles that makes you want to immerse yourself in it. It offers the best of indoor/outdoor living with a built-in BBQ, outdoor tables, chairs and lounges which connect to the beautiful, well-appointed interior.

This was our second stay at this Condo. Wonderful location. Walking distance to all shops and restaurants. Spacious and clean. Private backyard with pool. We would definitely stay again.

You cannot beat the location-you can walk to all the restaurants, shops, even grocery store. The backyard is a little paradise. Quiet neighborhood. Downside was that the pool wasn't heated (the personal pool nor the community pool), no jacuzzi and the unit could really use a deep cleaning and removal of some of the personal clutter everywhere. That being said, best location and location is important!!
