This is one of two Market Lofts available above The Red Hills Market. This unit features a beautiful one-bedroom suite layout with a king bed in one room and a separate living area with a sleeper sofa. Measuring over 600 square feet, this unit is perfectly sized for 2-4 people.
Our cozy lofts come fully furnished and decorated with a blend of rustic wine country style and industrial modern elements. They boast all of the same amenities you would expect in a high-end hotel and more... luxury bed linens and towels, modern kitchenettes and bars, private bathrooms, and complimentary internet.
We have paid special attention to the bedroom, offering a luxurious king sized feather bed and a gas fireplace to add to the ambiance.
The sofa bed (in the living room) is a queen sized bed, perfect for additional guests. Luxury bedding is supplied to make it extra comfortable.
Our kitchenette features an eating bar, small fridge, microwave, sink and kuerig with complimentary coffee & tea.
Residing above the Red Hills Market adds to the appeal of The Lofts and offers endless opportunities for entertainment and fun. Grab a glass of local Pinot Noir and play some corn hole out back. Pick up a Cup-of-Joe before heading out on your Willamette Valley adventures. Stay in and have some wood-fired pizza!

This is our second stay at the lofts. We loved the suite. We stayed at the studio last time and we enjoyed the extra space of the suite. Love how central the location is and easy walkability to many of our favorite places.

NEGATIVES
Condo/apt is definitely one with a minimalist feel to it. There is no dresser drawer, cubbies or shelves in the bedroom to unpack/store your clothes and belongings in which was a problem. There were two hangers for each of us when we arrived (owner went and bought us 6 more but it wasn’t enough). Bathroom has no shelves either to store toiletries in. The main room w/ sofa and kitchenette has no coat closet, rack or hooks of any sort or a table to put coats, purses, hats, keys, sunglasses, shoes on. Due to this we lived out of suitcases that we had to keep on floor. We weren’t happy about this as we like to unpack. Walls are thin between the two condos/ apts. When apt next door is occupied you hear TV through the bedroom wall. It kept us up at night. Very noisy in early morning b/c condo/apt is on top of a food market/restaurant & next to other business, eateries and tasting rooms. Trucks make deliveries/drop-offs around 5:00 am-ish & they are incredibly noisy… loud engines, constant beeping-like noise when parking or backing up sounding like an alarm clock. This woke us up. We never met Jennifer the owner (although dropped off 6 more hangers for us each when we were out) but learned on our last day she owned the Red Hills Market downstairs and she and her office were right next door to the entrance of the condo/apts. During our stay we would pass that office & Jennifer was sitting at her desk and would see us pass but she never once welcomed us, said hello, or introduce herself. We found that to be unfortunate customer service. We saw a flyer for this apt/condo rental in the market downstairs titled "Luxury Rental" and we don't feel that it's that of "Luxury" status. The marketing of this apt/condo is definitely off.
POSITIVES
Relatively new condo/apt. Very clean. Great space for 2 people. Plenty of towels. Great location to wineries, restaurants and markets. Bonnie the housekeeper very friendly and nice and greeted us several times as she cleaned the condo/apt next door to ours.
There are definitely some simple improvements that can be made with this rental. Hopefully our feedback can help the owners strengthen the experience for others in the future.
