About this house rental
Located approximately 4 miles from downtown Charlotte Amalie and about 250 feet above Morning Star Beach, Villa Casa Blanca is designed for two to six guests.Two spacious one-bedroom, one-bath suites flank one side of the pool and deck, while the master bedroom and bath are lifted above the light and breezy living room, kitchen, and dining areas on the opposite side. All bedrooms have banks of sliding glass doors, with patios and breathtaking views of the clear, blue Caribbean and white sand beaches below.
Enjoy your meals by the pool, watching cruise ships and sleek sail yachts approaching or departing the harbor, while the tropical trade winds comfort you. You will enjoy the almost perfect climate without the whining of air conditioners. There are ceiling fans in every room. Please note this property DOES NOT offer air conditioning.
What can you do to enjoy your time? Lime-in’, freely translated means Doing nothing and enjoying it, as first choice! The 18 hole golf course is about 15 minutes away. Tennis Courts can be reached within 3 minutes at Frenchman’s Reef Hotel.
The Virgin Islands are among the few diving paradises left. In only three days, you can be a PADI or certified diver! If diving is not for you, a 48 passenger submarine lets you enjoy the unbelievable underwater beauty without getting wet. Snorkeling is also available not only on St. Thomas, but also on the famous beaches of St. John, only a short ferry ride away, and do not forget about wind surfing, sailing, and para-sailing!
St. Thomas is surely the jewelry capital of the Caribbean, but there are also truly terrific bargains on crystal, china, cosmetics, designer leather goods, and liquor as well. All are priced up to 50 % less than at home.

The place was great for our family of 4. Our two college age children had their own rooms and bathrooms that they enjoyed. Our family enjoyed the pool as it was great to come back to after a day of activity. This property had everything we needed for some breakfast cooking. We also utilized the gas grill one night. The owner was very helpful in advance of our stay and there is a housekeeper that is very helpful during the stay.

Casa Blanca was absolutely perfect for our family trip to the Virgin Islands. The house itself was beautiful, very comfortable, was in a quiet neighborhood with an amazing view, and was still just minutes from all the action. The layout of the house was perfect when traveling with young adult children…everyone had their own space as well as comfortable common areas to hang out in. We loved it and hope to visit again some day!

The property was everything and more. Al and Evette were wonderful with communication before and during our stay. I lost my husband this year and were looking for the perfect place to celebrate Christmas away from home. Friends who live on the Island we in love with it also and are going to recommend it to friends looking for a place to stay. We will definitely be back again.

Very nice owner and caretaker. We wanted for nothing. All of our expectations were exceeded. Clean and well appointed home. The view of the ocean, watching the cruise ships come in and go out from our pool deck was awesome.
Three separate master bedrooms doesallow reasonable privacy. I’m actually at a loss for words to describe the great memories we will have of this trip.
