Our 3-bedroom 2 bath condo is Direct Ocean Front. Just open the sliding glass door in the master bedroom or living room and fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean. Enjoy a luxurious family vacation in our 3 bedroom/2 baths 1200 sq/ft condo.
We maintain an impeccably clean condo, I demand it! No unsatisfied customers (read our reviews). Were a quiet family beach! Celebrating our 26th year! Thank you for making 2025 our best year ever. New in 2024 Newly painted inside, new flooring was added to all rooms. We added 2nd king bedroom suite. We also added a new ceramic tiled walk-in shower in both baths. We replaced the kitchen and added a 42'' flat panel TV in the living room and a 50'' LCD TV's in all the bedrooms. All new Wellborne cabinets and granite countertops with all new stainless-steel appliances. Everything you need is there. We have high speed DSL. We remodeled the 2nd bath to include new sheetrock, vanity with granite and new tiled shower. Book now and get the week you want, not what's left! We also have available additional items for rent to make your vacation more enjoyable. We can even supply towels and linens for just $100 if needed. We also offer limited covered parking to keep your vehicle out of the hot summer sun.

For your convenience, there are (2) elevators that take you quickly to the (5th) floor. All concrete and steel construction for added safety and beauty with a sprinkler system. Reserving with us you won't have to wait to check-in at the real estate office to get your keys, we will send you the entry door code 2 weeks before check in, which means more vacation time.

The view from balcony was great. I like that part of the balcony had a recessed area out of the direct sun in the morning.The unit was clean and well appointed, wifi worked great, the bed was very comfortable. We particularly liked that both the bedroom and the living room had access to the balcony. Mike Sides was a great host. Communication throughout the process was good.

Other than an issue with being locked out on the first day due to a keypad issue, the condo is amazing and as advertised. The owner made it right and the rest of the stay was great! Highly recommend!

Great location
Working with Mike and Selena made the vacation very easy and smooth! They are quick to answer calls!
Cons
It was not the cleanest upon arrival. Nothing terrible that we couldn’t deal with or that needed fixing right away. It was dusty and trash/items were left behind from the people before us. The washer also had a mildew smell.
There is very limited pantry space
The WiFi was terrible.
The TVs in the bedrooms did not work
