*** Spring 2021 brought new kitchen cabinets, appliances and a tile backsplash. Waterproof floors throughout and fresh area rugs go with the new leather couch and chairs. A new desk area allows for a little computer work, when necessary. ***
Winter shuttle service is scheduled 8am-6pm every 40 mins, call&ride service until 9pm!
Launch your mountain adventures from this great mountain townhome or just enjoy. Away from the hustle and bustle of the village, a short drive will have you at the ski area base in 5 minutes or less (1.6 miles). Ski, ice skate and snowshoe in the winter. Hike, road bike, and mountain bike in the summer. A short drive to Lake Dillon Marina (5.2 miles) offers sailing and other water activities. Groceries are available at City Market or Natural Foods Market in Dillon (5.2 miles) or at Keystone Grocery (0.6 miles).
Master Bedroom has a Queen bed and private bath. Second bedroom has twin over full bunk bed. An LEDTV/DVD unit in the second bedroom adds entertainment options. The main bath is steps down the hall.
The kitchen has everything you will need to cook a meal or to prepare some snacks. New appliances, quartz counters, and all the modern conveniences of home. A rustic dining table seats up to 6. An assortment of spices and staples make your shopping list shorter and a few days' worth of coffee is included.
Living Room has great natural light. The comfortable leather couch and chairs, cozy gas fireplace, and large screen TV will help you relax after a long day of fun in the mountains!
The patio has a grill, Adirondack chairs and views that include the Keystone golf course. Short walk to onsite hot tub. Hiking trails in the forest open space just behind the property beg to be explored in both the summer and winter.
In-unit washer and dryer make clean-up a breeze. Digital thermostats provide consistent heat. Bathrooms include gently heated floors.
In the Summer, we recommend checking in Thursday and checking out the Farmers' Market on Friday before enjoying a free concert at the Dillon Amphitheater!
