Such a great little gated condo neighborhood to stay at! The neighbors were wonderful, it was quiet and peaceful! We pretty much had the pool to ourselves when we would go which was so awesome. The dogs loved walking down to the bay each night. We felt very safe and right at home. The condo was fully equipped in all aspects as well as having everything we needed in the kitchen. Also, the beds were so comfortable! We loved our time at this condo. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful condo. This was our first stay at this particular unit, but we've stayed at Bayview the past 3 summers we came down to the beach and always enjoyed it. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone I know. The grounds are well kept. The units are nice, and its close to just about anything from restaurants and the beach.

Loved the location. Nice condo. Wasn’t the cleanest and needs some updating. Bunk beds were very unstable and the ladder was cracked. Washer was very loud but worked. Overall it was a nice place. Loved the dock and being close to the bay for fishing. Was in walking distance to Doc’s Seafood and a few restaurants.

A great location in a quiet neighborhood. This was our first time booking a rental and we couldn’t be more pleased with the overall experience. It was clean , comfortable and convenient. I was able to maintain and accommodate my family’s needs during our stay. We definitely plan to stay again.

It was a nice place and close to everything. Enjoyed being able to bring my dog and bunny with me. Also was nice being able to walk down the docks. My friend and I enjoyed being close to the beach and also to the wharf as we were there for the Eric Church concert.

Very good location. Close to all the things we like. Restaurants, bars/clubs, walking trails for the pups, entertainment and the beautiful beaches of Orange Beach. The Condo could use some updates (the carpets are very old and warn). We definitely left the place cleaner than we found it (I had to fix the vacuum so we could vacuum the carpets which were pretty dirty with dog hair and stuff). The ac/furnace controls are a little screwy. The ice/water dispenser on the fridge worked for a couple days. Despite these issues we had a really good time in Orange Beach. I think we found our retirement home.

Very nice property. Comes with everything you could possibly need. Only had to buy coffee, pop, and food. You may want to bring a 3 way bright lamp bulb as lamp lighting too low to sit and read book. Beautiful waterfront with nice benches to sit by water. Close to everything! Will come again.

This property is in a great location. A short walk to the property pool. Not too far from the beaches, which gets you just enough away if you dont want to stay right on the beach. All around a great place to stay. Lots of comfort!

We stayed here for our son's baseball tournament. It was central to EVERYTHING!!! The fields, The Wharf, The Beach... Literally everything! The place was clean but what was the most impressive for us was how comfortable the place was. Every vacation we have had, we can never sleep. The beds in this condo were something out of this world. We rested so well! The laundry was super helpful considering we had to wash baseball gear & the pool was perfect! Overall we truly enjoyed our stay and we thank Chase for trusting us with his VRBO.

This property was as I say in the title “Superb”. It was not directly on the beach, but right next to a beautiful bay & every amenity under the sun was just a hop & a skip. I gotta say the picture does not do much justice though; the curtains while they are of the very expensive insulated type were too long & of a color that was drab, the rest of the place was absolutely exquisite. My only suggestion would be to take the existing curtains & have them professionally cleaned & shortened by a seamstress, & then dye them like a glacier white color or something if possible. Other than that the a/c indoor ‘evaporator’ coil was near completely clogged, but I informed the owner & he had someone immediately out to temporarily clean it enough to where we could stay cool until they could come back later to give it a more thorough cleaning I assume. So we were able to stay cool enough during our stay. Now that the owner knows, it should be corrected for the next guest booking. Sometimes it just takes a former HVAC contractor like myself to bring these kind of things to light, because otherwise ‘how would the owner ever know? After the compressor fails?’ All in all it was a wonderful stay. The place was very emaculate. I rate this high on my list.

We were staying here as a result of my son playing in a baseball tournament so it was basically for sleeping & showering & being accessible to good food when we had time. This property offered all of that. I liked the gated community. It offered a sense of security. My only complaint was the broken down golf cart that took up a good portion of our parking spot. Overall a good experience.

Perfect location for me

I was in town to visit a friend in hospice, so I wasn't looking for waterfront vistas. The location was perfect, off the beaten track for me. Some would prefer to be right on Beach Rd, but this worked out nicely for me. It's the perfect size unit, it was well taken care with ongoing improvements as noted with fresh paint on the decks and outside of the unit. Everything was supplied to just walk and catch your breath after a long drive. I enjoyed my stay in this unit.

Construction was noise with scrapping one day - Calking one day & moving ladders - Pressure washing one day - Painting one day while using man lift each day with beeper going off all the time. Parking area blocked some times & Decks being used my contactors doing there work. Deck plugs & light fixture was on deck floor due to construction work & hanging lights laying on chair. Closet could have been cleaned out so we could have had space. Blender in kitchen did not work. A/C unit seem to run more than normal after looking to see it filter was clean notice there was no filter & inside coils are about all plugged with dust. Have coils cleaned would help air quality & save on power bill. Did notice the siding glass door was not locked when we arrived. Old Golf Cart needs to be moved to have adequate parking & walking space. Over all we enjoyed this area. Pool area was not crowed & relaxing. New dock work going on looked great. Great sun set pics on docks this time of year. Great location to Cosmo's - Luna's & Doc's restaurants as in walking distance. Another great place to rent a Golf cart is just across road at Cartology ask for Wally or Ben. Dog friendly condo made our day. Couple of dog parks to go in Orange Beach one in State Park & one just down the road on Canal Road. Thanks for letting us share your condo & the wonderful area of Orange Beach Alabama.
