Our Charming Beach Cottage/Bungalow, Our Beach Cottage is located in South Laguna Beach Village. This beautiful cottage has been lovingly remodeled with great care. It has been well maintain and is very clean!

Bamboo floors, open beam ceiling, stainless kitchen with granite counters and Miele dishwasher.

Open living room with fireplace, and a large flat smart TV. Dining area that seats six, and a counter area with 2 stools.

Full private office with WIFI, computer and small flat television off of kitchen.

Inviting front patio, seating and distant view of ocean. Private back patio with BBQ, and seating for 4.

Slight view of the ocean from front bedroom, dining area and front patio.

Master bedroom has queen bed, second bedroom has double bed. Bedrooms are cozy, but have adequate closet and storage space!

All linens supplied, including beach towels! Beach Chairs and umbrella as well.

Our Cottage/Bungalow is located on private property. Not a shared space, with other guests, or home owner. Three private parking spaces in front of house.

Walk a few blocks to South Laguna famous beaches, such as Table Rock, Aliso Creek Beach and Thousand Steps. Great local restaurants with in walking distance as well. Just minutes from downtown Laguna Beach. 1 mile south of the Fabulous Montage, and 2 miles north of The Ritz Carlton and St. Regis Resorts for golf or Spa. 30 minutes to Disneyland, an hour to San Diego!

Perfect for a beach get away with friends and family. Shopping for colleges, romantic weekends! San Diego Zoo, Lego Land, Disneyland within an hour.

This a lovely and charming house just a few blocks away from the beach in Laguna Beach. The neighborhood is very friendly and it is an easy walk to the beach and also to canyon trails. The house is well appointed and very comfortable. The owner is great, very responsive and helpful. They were happy to have our two dogs and the neighborhood and city are very dog friendly. We had an amazing time and I would highly recommend it!

This beautiful bungalow was the perfect place for our winter get-away. It was clean, well furnished and had everything we could have possibly needed during our stay. The bungalow was the perfect size for my husband and me and one or two of our children when they could break away from their busy lives in LA. We worked from home during the week and found the office space perfect for private zoom meetings. We all enjoyed the easy access to hiking trails and the beach access is just a quick walk and down some steps. The beach is breathtakingly beautiful and the sunsets are stunning. There is a fun taqueria with a great happy hour that we enjoyed on our way back from the beach some evenings. We brought our 2 dogs with us and they had a great time, too. It is a very dog-friendly community with a great dog park not too far away. The owner of this bungalow is kind, helpful and quick to respond to any questions. I can't imagine a more perfect place to escape to during the winter.

I would give Holly's place a million stars if I could. The location was absolutely perfect - a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. It was a wonderful place to work and take a long sunset walk at night. I worked from home during our month-long stay and the neighborhood was very quiet and felt very safe. Holly was an excellent host. I would highly recommend this place!

Neighborhood is lovely, perfect for sunset walks with my dog. Adorable little park close by and short walk to beach. This is a cozy little cottage with a perfect layout. Every detail is well planned. Loved the kitchen and bath, French doors and windows, beautiful lighting, front and back patio areas. Charming beach house ambiance was just what I wanted for my month in Laguna. We had a wonderful stay in this sweet home. So easy to check in and we felt at home immediately. The home is thoughtfully decorated and just easy to be in. Loved the peek-a-boo ocean view from the master! Beds super comfy. Office was a bonus since one of us still had to get some remote work done. Everything was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is fabulous - perfect for a stroll and a quick walk to the beach. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Perfect location in South Laguna Beach. Several restaurants within walking distance as well as 2 pristine beaches. Trolley stop one block away to go into town. Ocean view from the master bedroom with beautiful furnishings throughout. We loved it!

Our family just returned from a too-short stay in Holly's fabulous beach cottage. As soon as we pulled up, we knew it was something special. The pictures truly do not do it justice. Holly has thought of everything... Beach bags, towels, boogie boards, and more linens than you could use in a month! The kitchen is well stocked with basics, and everything is spotlessly clean. The decor is perfect. If it were my own cottage I wouldn't change a thing. And Holly is amazing to work with. My whole family loved it; on check-out day we wanted to stay. When our travels bring us back to SoCal, we will definitely stay here again!

I came out with my husband and two teenage boys in early July for vacation and we were so thrilled with this house. It is charming and decorated beautifully. It was the perfect size for our family and the price can't be beat. Everything was available for our use—beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella and boogie boards. This made it so much easier on a beach vacation. The kitchen is modern and the bathroom has an awesome rain shower. The location is south of town which is perfect. It is quiet and less crowded and only a couple blocks to the beach and the free trolley which will take you into town. There are beautiful places to walk and explore in this neighborhood—we even found a great path down through the canyon to the beach. Holly is a gem to work with and super responsive. You simply cannot go wrong renting this house!

This house is absolutely lovely. Amazing appointments, so tastefully decorated and absolutely bursting with class and comfort. It is perfect for a couple looking to spend a romantic time in Laguna; relaxing over a candle lit dinner that was prepared in the gourmet kitchen or vegging on the sumptuous couch watching a good movie, or reading in the study that opens up onto a gorgeous patio. This is a wonderful getaway cottage with all that you will ever need for comfort, romance and a lovely time. Recommend it without any hesitation. A 10 out of 10.

Holly's description of her cottage was perfect and she couldn't have been more accommodating to me and my husband as we prepared for and experienced our first HomeAway stay. We had lots of questions and she was helpful, cheerful and immediate in her replies. We stayed with our 2 daughters (ages 10 and 12) and, space wise, could go back again with each of them bringing a friend. The location is great -- away from the Laguna Beach crowds and close to 3 really lovely beaches and a great hike to an absolutely gorgeous view of the coast. It is very residential and you feel like you're part of a neighborhood. We enjoyed the Laguna bookstore, had dinner at Coyote Grille, lunch at The Rooftop and walked around downtown Laguna but then dashed away because we preferred the quiet of Holly's house and the nearby beaches. We went to the grounds of the Montage nearby (gorgeous). The house had all the amenities we needed and was very comfortable and clean. We didn't have any problems with the internet that the other reviewer mentioned. Highly recommend!

We loved this house in south Laguna Beach. The location is within walking distance of two beaches, just off the Pacific Coast Highway. The house is gorgeous inside, updated and even though the bedrooms are small, the common areas and outside seating is plentiful. I loved the fully stocked kitchen, and having access to a washer and dryer. Plenty of towels and sheets and blankets, accessories were never an issue. Our daughter loved the fountain and the quiet neighborhood felt safe. The only negative, if there was one, was not having wireless access. The network we were told was available was not, but with 3G it was not an issue, and we got on another network on our laptop. We will definitely be back, we loved the area and it was close to everything we wanted to do. Thank you for your hospitality.

This house is amazing! From the moment that we pulled in front and parked, we knew that this house wasn't your ordinary rental. This house was warm, cozy, and inviting for our family of five. We felt right at home! The beautiful furnishings and cleanliness are second to none. The modern updates are outstanding. There was plenty of room for all five of us to relax! Everything that we needed was right at our fingertips. We really loved sitting in the living room with all the windows open and feeling the cool breeze pass through. The courtyard was amazing for our afternoon lunch! We loved all the beach supplies (there were so many things to choose from). It made our trip to the beach so easy. We filled a bag with towels and toys from the house and off we went! The fireplace in the living area was outstanding at night! It was the perfect way to end a great day at the beach. The close proximity to the beach and shops is outstanding. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we booked our next visit before we even made it home! Holly, the owner, was truly a pleasure to work with. She was so friendly and made everything very simple to arrange. Not only did we book another trip, but we also have 3rd trip in July. I truly see this beach house as being part of our annual traditional family vacation. I am very OCD about finding a perfect vacation spot for my family and I have truly found a rare gem in this beach house. Take it from me, don't waste your time looking at anything else in Laguna. This place is it. Thank you again Holly for opening your beautiful home to my family. We are looking forward to our next stay.

I was so satisfied and impressed with this home! All the descriptions were accurate, the owner was extremely nice and helpful and my friends and I had a wonderful time. This cottage is great if you are looking for a cozy weekend getaway. The interior is very beautiful and everything is clean and updated.
