Welcome to your luxury, ski-in and out (with a short, 3-4 minutes walk to ski run) 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms slope-side retreat, located in the Upper village - one of the prime locations in Whistler.
Fresh mountain air; amazing views from the top; fun and relaxing atmosphere are included in the price and waiting for you! :-)
This home is on a ground level; no stairs inside (single level). It features a large, private Hot Tub on the deck outside living room; radiant heating of the tile floor in the kitchen and bathrooms; high ceiling in the living room and free underground parking.
Have an electric car? You can charge it here (a standard 15A plug in garage parking).
Having the hot tub on the deck near living room and not near bedroom ensures that you have a quiet night: no noise from motor/pump of the hot tub while you are sleeping.
The living room features a cozy gas fireplace, sofa-bed, Smart TV; surround sound system with internet and Bluetooth connections.
Connect your smartphone via Bluetooth and enjoy music with great sound quality, sync YouTube videos, and a lot of other apps.
New Washer and Dryer inside the unit (see picture). Laundry detergent provided.
The fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes a toaster, blender, coffee makers (Keurig and a drip type), waffle maker, all cookware and new appliances.
Enjoy grilling your favorite meal on the new Weber gas BBQ on the patio!
The master bedroom has a queen bed with new Sealy Posturepedic Proback Reflex mattress and a Smart TV.
The second bedroom has 2 twin beds which can be converted into a king bed (please make this request in advance) and a Smart TV.
The layout is such that the 2 bedrooms are separated from each other if you want privacy.
The master bathroom has a full bath.
The second bathroom has a spacious walk-in dual shower.
Free high speed (80MB/sec) wireless internet is available within the condo and patio.
Phone long distance calls are free to Canada and USA.
Free underground parking for one car and guest parking for an additional car (subject to availability).
There is a locked bike storage adjacent to the underground parking- free for our guests.
The unit has no A/C but it keeps remarkably cool even on hot summer days in Whistler! We actually took a "refuge" there in June 2021 on those infamous days when BC got extremely, abnormally hot when daily temperatures reached 44 degrees Celsius (110 F).
A car is not necessary: a FREE bus shuttle #5 stops each 10-30 minutes year round, the bus stop is about 100 meters (109 yards) from the complex; it will get you to the village, where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, concerts, kids playground, ice skating and other activities.
Walking distance to the village: 15-25 minutes; to Blackcomb base in the summer: about 10 minutes; you will find lots of attractions for kids in summer months there.
We are 2 kilometers (1.2 miles) from Lost Lake- a popular place for country skiing, biking and swimming. Fairmont Chateau Golf Club is about 1 kilometer away from the complex.
Check-in and out is very easy, no matter how late you arrive: the entrance door is equipped with a key-less lock: enter the numbers combination that we would provide on the keypad, and that's it - you are in! No need to go somewhere to pickup a key and then to return it after check-out.
A detailed map with ski-in and ski-out routes and other info will be provided to our guests.
RING video doorbell is installed outside at the entrance, for security proposes when the unit is unoccupied. For your privacy, audio recording and motion detection notification are turned OFF during your stay.
Smoking is absolutely NOT allowed.
NO pets.
NO PARTY GOERS!
Up to 5 persons total; 4 adults maximum.
Adult renter must be at least 25 years old.

Host responded quickly with any questions we had, hot tub was great after a long day skiing and was a short walk to the slopes and ski’s down to lift. Would stay again if we make it back to Whistler!

We loved our trip! The location, condo, and amenities were wonderful. Dmiti was an excellent host, friendly, and incredibly quick to respond. We had an issue with the fridge upon arrival and were blown away by how fast he got it sorted for us. I stayed here with my dad and brother (who used to run short-term rentals), so we’re pretty conscious of what makes a great host/property, and this place delivered. Cozy, clean, and had everything we needed: fast Wi-Fi, well stocked kitchen appliances, comfy beds, and the heated kitchen floor was a nice touch. The hot tub was perfect after a day of riding. We enjoyed it so much we even extended our stay a couple nights!Only tiny note: bigger towels would be nice, but that’s us being picky. Would absolutely stay again. Thanks Dmitri!!

Location and amenities are great. Short walk to skiing and great having a private hot tub. Needs updating for the price and more attention to upkeep and cleaning.
