Frangipani 4 spacious townhouse

Great location, short walk to shoal bay beach and amenities. Good size apartment with updated kitchen and just what you need for a break. Great airflow in our apartment with the breeze and fans that we didn’t notice no air con too much.

No wifi which wouldn’t usually be a problem but was exasperated by poor phone reception in the area. No air conditioning and the upstairs bathrooms were a bit dated but still very clean. Bedspreads were also a bit dated.

The unit is well set out, well decorated, secure, has a cute balcony with lots of seating and a nice outlook. Plenty of space inside (even board games were supplied), has a laundry and is in a lovely quiet street with plenty of parking (can park 1 car undercover too).

Welcome pack had 2 tea bags and a sachet of washing liquid for our 6 night stay (@ $2,200) and we found 1/2 a toilet roll on our first night. Oven and BBQ didn't work, fire detector was covered in alfoil, no a/c and dirty fans, windows have locks so they only open 1 inch (we had to go back and get the keys to open them the next day) - our first night was unbearably hot as the place had heated up all day. We saw the real estate and suggested these items be addressed, which they were open to.
