If you are looking for a perfect get away in paradise, this is it! This luxury Grand Champions unit is located near the spectacular pool and Jacuzzi and all the amenities this popular complex affords.

If you've ever stayed in Wailea, you already know the meaning of the word "paradise". Whatever your vacation desires might be, you will have a great time making memories that last a lifetime!
This beautifully appointed, non-smoking condo Unit #137 at the Grand Champions, is situated on the fairway of Wailea's Blue Golf Course. Bright and airy, this ground floor unit is located in a quiet, private location on a cul de sac. The kitchen is fully equipped while sporting granite counter tops. The dining table seats six with room at the counter if you need more seating. Tile floors throughout the living areas; carpet and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large, comfortable king size bed with a private bathroom in room. The second bedroom has two twin beds (or king size bed conversion) with an attached bathroom and room to spare. Both have been decorated with the Hawaiian Islands in mind.
The living room has a large, spacious feel due to the sliding glass doors that fill the entire wall. The front room features a queen size pull out sofa sleeper for additional guests! The doors open up to a gorgeous lanai! It overlooks beautiful garden and mountain views, you'll see a peek-a-boo view of the ocean and partial fairway views. You can sit at the four chair table and have coffee each morning or dinner at night with a beautiful sunset overhead. The Grand Champions grounds have lush and vibrant landscaping; with amenities that include two pools, Jacuzzi and BBQ's. The ground floor makes this unit an easy access to the parking area also. Wi-Fi is available also. The kitchen is a spacious and complete kitchen with stove, oven, sink, dishwasher, pots and pans, coffee pot, blender, and misc hand appliances. If you require something specific, please inquire. The condo is not a hotel, as it comes with a "starter set-up" (enough for 3 days) of laundry soap, dishwashing tabs, trash bags, tiolet paper and paper towel.
Don't forget to leave the condo once in a while! There are so many things that Maui has to offer. You can take advantage of special golf and tennis rates offered to Wailea guests. This central Wailea location makes it favorable for you to walk to the Wailea Tennis Club or The Shops at Wailea, an upscale shopping experience. Famous “Joe's Bar & Grill”, casual to fine dining restaurants, some of the world's top beaches and five star hotels are in Wailea.
There are few places on earth that offer a perfect climate, white sand beaches, daily breath-taking sunsets (and sunrises!), lush tropical surroundings and the chance to be awed by humpback whales, playing in front of you as you sit on the beach...but Maui is definitely it! Be pleasantly surprised to find a cooler, beach chairs, and a lot of beach towels for your beach activities supplied at the condo. Complimentary parking in your own designated space will be available.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

Upon arriving, our rental wasn't ready as scheduled. Appears there was some confusion. Contacted poperty management and they arranged for another unit for our first night stay. Also had an issue with the front door not locking properly. Once our rental was ready, we had to shuffle out things over. The front door was corrected. As we already prepaid for our rental, property management stated they would provide a refund for our first night stay due to the unit not being ready as was scheduled. Coldwell Bank Island Vacations (Tyra & Jeremiah) we're responsive to our situation and we thank them for their service and for not charging us for the first night. We were still able to enjoy our vacation time on Maui.

Everything we needed. This unit is ground level and we couldn’t hear any neighbors. Very convenient. Beds were comfortable too. Appreciated beach chairs, sand toys, cooler. Cons- We arrived at 5:30 and a cleaner was still there. She finished quickly, but I’m glad we didn’t show right at check in time. FYI- We didn’t mind, but some people might not like that the doors are not completely private (little slats with openings). Hold the toilet levers down longer than you think to completely flush!

Host was extraordinary when it came to communicating with us, though, if you're looking for a location to rest, this is not the place to stay at. Place was clean and area was wonderful, the only issue is the upstaits neighbors. I had my mom, my grandma and my mother in law with me, this was suppose to ba a place to sleep and rest and enjoy our vacation, but that didnt happen in any day that we stayed (6 nights overall). The upstairs neighbors had a toddler who would be up by 5:30am and would run all over the apartment, this would lead to us waking up super early. We had sleepless night as well, there were signs everywhere in the area stating that no noise was to be done over a certain time, but it was not respected by the upstairs neighbors. My husband went to have a conversation with the upstairs hoping to get a resolution, but that was not the case. All they said was "We will try and stop our child from running all over", that never happened. The child kept doing it all day and night every single day. I was one unhappy guest due to this situation. Fortunately the host allowed us to do a late checkout.
