Overall the property if great for a family in an excellent location in st merryn village

The location is fantastic and the size is great for a family get together

Some of the furnishing seemed tired and require replacing/professional cleaning. No wardrobes in 3 of the bedrooms , no wine bottle opener, some pans and utensils require replacing

Flies everywhere, fly poo everywhere. Property in need of regular deep cleaning because of this . Outside area needs bit of cleaning and tidying , grass was long. Could be lovely with bit of TLC.

Overall a fabulous place to stay and would certainly look to book again when in the area.

The property was excellently located in the centre of the village with easy access to the amenities. The neighbour was very friendly and even recognised us from a previous visit to another property in the street. It was equipped with all we needed and in fact we didn’t use the living room at all during our stay as we were perfectly comfortable in the spacious kitchen/diner. The garden was secure for our 2 inquisitive dogs so an added bonus. We had planned to be a party of 4 utilising 3 bedrooms but a change meant we were just a party of two utilising one bedroom however the property has plenty of spacious bedrooms and bathrooms to utilise the bigger group

The only thing was a small cleanliness issue in the kitchen area only (work tops, bench seating (crumbs and loose dirt) and table top). Everywhere else was spotlessly clean so maybe this was inadvertently omitted. Easily done. Note also the parking arrangements- parking is on the driveway next to the property only + in the garage. There is no parking available in front of the property due to its location and very limited on the street itself due to neighbouring properties.

Great holiday fabulous house

Beautiful and spacious 4 bedroom detached house with garage and private garden. Would definitely recommend this to anyone. Great pub just down the road (Farmers Arms) ate there every night. Harlyn beach just two minutes away by car. Loved it.

Lovely, quality house and location, would definitely stay again.

Lovely house. We stayed as a family of 5 plus dog and felt really at home here. The house was well equipped, clean and comfy and of a really nice standard with a lovely sunny garden. St Merryn is a great location with plenty of nice beaches around and great places to eat/drink within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Very minor but would be nice to have a BBQ in garden, there is one built but no grills on it.
