About this villa rental
Palm Retreat Villa is located in Venus Rock, Kouklia, Secret Valley golf resort, Paphos. It is one of the most prestigious leisure and golf resorts in Cyprus.
The villa is being refreshed and being made ready for the new season shortly, after many back to back bookings and happy guests.
Indoors this two-story villa comprises of 4 large bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes, 4 bathrooms/ensuite bathrooms, a spacious open plan lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen, cloak room and ample storage space. The villa also benefits from a large balcony which boasts pool and stunning mediterranean sea and countryside views.
The owner has improved the relaxing area in the back garden, which is packed with flowering shrubs and tropical trees. A thick carpet of astro turf now surrounds the large heated swimming pool. Ideal for playing or relaxing on while admiring the stunning sea and countryside views.
There is a BBQ for dining alfresco which you can enjoy on either of our 2 outdoor seating areas which also benefit from the amazing views.
The villa comes fully air conditioned, with free WIFI access, central heating and is equipped with all the essentials needed to enjoy your stay. All guests are provided with a complimentary welcome pack upon arrival and can request to upgrade the pack for a small cost.
The nearest beach and world famous- must see Aphrodite’s Rock are only a 3 minute drive from the villa.
The villa is located near a couple of excellent Cypriot tavernas, restaurants, bars and also a convenience store. It is only 2 km away from Aphrodite Hills where you can dine in their variety of restaurants inc Costa coffee, have a game of golf on the large golf course and also enjoy their spar, swimming pool facilities and childrens’ play area.
Pissouri Village and Bay is only a 10 minutes drive away, here you will find a large selection of great restaurants, taverns, bars and small shops, there is also Papantoniou Supermarket. Every Friday Pissouri offers a live music night in the village square whilst wining and dining. Pissouri Bay benefits from a stunning large beach which offers affordable water sports and various restaurants and cafes for a snack or evening meal.
Paphos is no more than a 30 minute drive. This is a busy town where you will find a large selection of supermarkets, large shopping mall with highstreet stores, independent shops, bars and restaurants, as well as an attractive harbour if you wish to take a boat trip. The property also benefits from being only a 15 minute drive from Paphos’ international airport.

All pools are cleaned twice a week from 1st april- 31th october, and cleaned once a week between 1st november-31st march by certified pool cleaners.
Minimum stay - 5 days.
Check-in is from 4PM onwards & Check-out is by 10AM (unless alternative times agreed prior to your stay).

Fantastic property with everything you could wish for in a holiday with a private pool. Furnishings were beautiful and whole property is well looked after. Large enough to accommodate a larger family, we are a family of four but could easily sleep groups and/or larger family. Only niggle we had was that the shower in one of the en-suites couldn’t be used as the wall hook that holds the shower head was broken upon our arrival, my husband did notify the appropriate people, and we are hoping this was rectified for any future guests....oh and a slight problem with the Sat TV, although my husband comes from a technical works background it still proved tricky when the sat tv failed, quick phone call following the details given and was up and running again, however for anyone such as myself (non technical background) it would have proven extremely difficult. Overall this property was amazing, the views are beautiful, the spaciousness and the outdoor areas are so well equipped, the pool is actually bigger than the pictures show. Don’t hesitate to book!!! Enjoy

Lovely, clean, peaceful villa. From start to finish the help and communication I received was 5*. I would definitely return or reccommend if you want a large, beautiful & peaceful villa.

Nice villa, but a bit of a let down, over grown grass, shabby sun loungers (wicker ones) outside lighting not working we had one outside light bulb working. The reason we booked the villa was of the size of the outside seating area so we could sit out of an evening to enjoy the villa. That didn't happen so a big let down not good sat in the dark! The toaster didn't work & informed Naomi the property manager of these issues on our second day. Naomi told us to use different sockets for the toaster! We was promised by Naomi she would sort and she would arrive at the villa on the Friday we was there and guess what no show Naomi! I began to lose faith as no toaster lights not working we eventually found out how to switch the pool lights on as that was in darkness too! Curtain pole in bedroom fell off and was full of dust! Debbie the cleaner was sent with a light bulb to fix the lighting, not maintenance so my partner fitted the light bulb as he couldn't watch Debbie fit the bulb. We had now two lights working over the patio area. Thank you but on your last night not great is it??? We wanted to sit out from the beginning of our holiday not the end! Still no other lighting working so you could sit in the far corner seating area but to be honest that seating area was grubby and needed some attention. Poor communication from Naomi saying she'd be there and I'll sort the lights out and the toaster arrived on our last day cheers! You definitely need a car as isolated area no near shops to walk to neither. If your not good with technology the tv is a nightmare to work.
