Enjoy a beautifully maintained Florida beachfront condominium with more than 1,300 sq. ft of space located just north of the Cocoa Beach Pier. This three-bedroom, two-bath corner unit sleeps six people comfortably.
Cocoa Beach Towers has one of the largest and nicest heated swimming pools on Cocoa Beach. This unit is on the corner of the building closest to the ocean, just across the sea oats from the breaking waves of the Atlantic and less than an hour from Orlando International Airport and 90 minutes from Walt Disney World.

We love this unit as you can see the ocean from every room. So even when it is storming and you can't go out you can enjoy the ocean. This is a family owned property managed by the owner. So what is stocked has varied from stay to stay. This is NOT a problem for us as we expect it and just purchase what we need. It is carpeted unlike the other units that have ceramic flooring. Carpeting makes the unit quieter and safer for my 96 yr old mother who has fallen on the ceramic flooring units. The downside of carpet is you have to more careful with sand. This is our preferred unit for our family.

We had a wonderful stay! From the comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, and immaculate pool, our stay was amazing. We enjoyed playing tennis and shuffleboard, the kids loved watching the sun come up from the balcony, and we all enjoyed flip flopping from the pool to the beach with just a short walk.
We will be staying here again.
