A large, fully stocked kitchen with 4 barstools makes a nice spot to gather. A separate dining area can accommodate even more people. Relax in the great room with comfortable furniture providing a wonderfully peaceful setting. This area has vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows open to a lovely view. There is a large Smart-TV setup with a premium cable package that offers a full complement of sports and family-friendly viewing options. Enjoy streaming your favorite channels using the unit's enhanced high-speed internet connection with whole home WIFI. Dining area seats 6 comfortably and shares the gorgeous views overlooking Crooked Oaks golf course. Additional seating is at the kitchen bar for 4. The kitchen has gleaming quartz countertops, new stainless appliances, a coffee bar area, and plenty of cabinet space. If you like dining outside, there is a table for 4 on the deck, also equipped with a Weber Propane Grill.
The primary suite is upstairs and has a king size bed, private bath and private deck. The room is equipped with a Smart TV and sliders to the deck. A high table is perfect for watching golfers tee off from the difficult 18th hole on Ocean Winds or the wildlife on the lagoon. This primary bathroom has a large walk-in shower with glass enclosure and oversized vanity. The first floor bedroom has two twin beds. The room has a nautical decor, and there is a TV in the armoire. The hall bath has a wide vanity and a shower/tub.

As of 5/31/25, property will have a dedicated rental 6-seater LSV available for guest to rent thru Lightning Bugz via an app. (Instructions on the cart itself. All LSV questions to be directed to Lightning Bugz only. This cart rental possesses one of the available rental gate passes allowed for this unit.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

This was our second time to Seabrook and we loved our trip even more than last time! This home is quietly tucked away with close access to the beach and beach club pool. We rented bikes and loved riding to the pool/beach. It is nicely renovated. We loved grilling out on the deck and the view from the top deck. The kitchen had everything we needed and our son loved playing checkers.Although the house was clean as far as general cleanliness, there are some things I would suggest to make future guests a little more comfortable. The deck needs a good pressure washing and outdoor furniture cleaned, as well. I had to wipe down the outdoor table several times to get it clean enough to eat outside. The Keurig needs to be descaled, there were yellow stains on the twin bed comforters/throws, stains on the carpet stairs, and the kitchen floor grout needs scrubbing. There were wet clothes left in the washer. The master shower had some pink mold. It just seemed that it needed some regular maintenance items completed after the winter months. But overall, we loved our stay and would definitely come back!

What a great spot! This villa is clean, well maintained, with a great television. The kitchen has everything you need for your stay and there was a large dining table for enjoying the wonderful meals we prepared. We played golf four days in a row at the Seabrook Island Club which offers two excellent courses. The service at the club is top notch and could not be any friendlier. The club house is spectacular with very good food. I cant wait to return with my family in warmer weather so we can take advantage of the pool and ocean.
