I just returned from a week's stay at this condo. I was a bit leery about staying somewhere with no reviews, but this was a very PLEASANT surprise. The condo is just as pictured, with plenty of room for a family of 4, and was exceptionally clean upon our arrival. The location is good, just a quick one-block walk to the beach, pool, and hot tub were clean and well-kept. It's a family-oriented complex, which was nice, no loud parties to keep us up at night. I look forward to our next trip to SPI.

We stayed a week in this condo and it was great. The condo was very clean, the kitchen was fully equipped in case you want to cook your own meals, the master bedroom has a king-size bed, and the bathroom was extremely clean with nice clean towels. The apartment looks just as you see it in the pictures, very nicely furnished and clean, and just a few minutes walk from the beach. Owners are very nice and helpful and available anytime you need them. We had a wonderful time and I would recommend this condo to any of my friends. It was great.

The owner provided a beautiful 1 bedroom condo at a reasonable rent for 6 years. This condo was recently renovated and offers a totally remodeled interior and high-end finishes and furnishings.
The ability to stay at Surfside is based on the tenant following the rules of the HOA Homeowners Association. No underage people under 25 are allowed without the parent occupying the same condo tenant will forfeit the deposit & rent if rules are not adhered to; no outside unregistered guests in the condo day & or night guests allowed; 25yr or parent must be present at the check or forfeit all rents & deposit;
