This coastal townhome is located in the exclusive community of Seabluffe, which sits on 50 acres of oceanfront property in the community of Leucadia in Encinitas, CA. This guard-gated and secure community is known for its low density (5 units per acre) and large areas of greenbelts and open spaces. It has a private staircase leading down to a beautiful beach with good surfing. There are 2 heated pools and a jacuzzi, 5 lighted tennis courts, a basketball court, tot lot, and clubhouse. It is 10 minutes from Legoland and around a half hour to the San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Old Town, Balboa Park and downtown San Diego. There are numerous restaurants in the neighborhood featuring Coastal, Mexican (from taco shops to gourmet), and Mediterranean cuisine, many within walking distance, as well as boutiques, coffee and tea, and surf shops.



This light and bright home features bamboo flooring throughout and coastal decor. There are large windows and skylights that let in the sunlight and capture the coastal breezes. The great room offers seating for the entire family, with surround sound entertainment, cable tv, Roku player, DVD/VCR and WiFi. There is a large dining table that comfortably seats 8 plus a high bar with seating for 4. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features granite countertops and stainless appliances and has everything you need to prepare large family meals.

There are 2 master suites, one upstairs and one downstairs, making this an ideal home for 2 families to share. The upstairs master has a king bed, smart tv and an attached full bath with travertine shower and floors. The downstairs master has a Cal king bed, smart tv, and attached full bath with dual sinks. The third bedroom is upstairs and has 1 twin and 1 twin XL and the fourth bedroom is downstairs and has a queen and twin, as well as a smart tv and DVD player. All bedrooms have high quality mattresses and linens for a comfortable and restful night's sleep. There are ceiling fans in all 4 bedrooms, as well as 2 in the great room.

The gated private courtyard features an outdoor hot shower for rinsing the sand off after a day at the beach. There is a large balcony with a natural gas bbq and tables and chairs for dining al fresco on warm summer evenings. There is parking for one car in the garage and two in the driveway, as well as a washer and dryer for your use in the garage.
