Desert Willows is a 55+ gated Retirement Community located in the mountains of beautiful Desert Hot Springs. The home is new, built in 2004, and includes 2 Master bedrooms, walk-in closet, 2 bathrooms, tile floors and counters, 2 car garage, back covered patio, BBQ, and is completely furnished with all amenities. No Smoking unit.
The Club House features a billiard table, ping pong table, sauna, exercise/fitness room, art & crafts center, and large entertainment dining area. There are 2 Jacuzzis, a pool, tennis court, horse shoe pit, and beautifully landscaped grounds with a waterfall, gazebo, and pond.
Desert Hot Springs is best known for it's many mineral springs where you can relax and rejuvenate. It is located minutes away from Mission Lakes Country Club 18 hole championship golf course and 12 miles from the Palm Springs airport and downtown dining. Enjoy shopping at El Paseo in Palm Desert, hiking in Joshua Tree National Park, and the local casino, Agua Caliente, featuring gambling, dancing and dining.

Our 4 winter-months stay at this property was excellent. The gated community is quiet, the neighbours are friendly, and the clubhouse facilities (pool, hot tub, exercise room, pool/ping-pong/card tables, lending library, etc.) are super. We found the location especially convenient for hiking/birding/exploring in nearby Whitewater Canyon Preserve, Big Morongo Canyon Preserve, Pioneertown Preserve and Joshua Tree National Park. With an attached garage, WiFi, and all the usual kitchen and laundry appliances, the house is well equipped and very comfortable. The kitchen-dining-living area is open and colourful, with a cozy fireplace, a complete entertainment centre, and a covered patio and BBQ just outside. The kitchen is well stocked with cutlery and cooking utensils, and the bedrooms and bathrooms come with plenty of linens and towels. We enjoyed our time here thoroughly.

This rental was well equipped with all the necessities. Owners were friendly and helpful. Pool and green space was amazing. I would recommend this to everyone.
