About this chalet rental

Misty Mountains Chalet is a beautiful 2 story chalet with decks on each level. The hot tub sits right outside of the wrap-around deck underneath a cozy gazebo that offers breath-taking Gatlinburg views. There is a quiet creek on the property. The living room and kitchen offers an open concept design. There is a bedroom and full bath on main floor. The second floor offers a recreation room to include a pool table and Flat Screen TV, and sofa couch. The second bedroom and full bathroom is located on the second floor. We have a gas grill on the deck and a charcoal grill outside.

A season pass is available to Chalet Village Clubhouses for our guests to use from Memorial weekend to Labor Day Weekend.

The chalet had spectacular views. The sunrise and sunset literally made it the perfect place to stay. We saw 13 bears while at the chalet or on the drive down to the Gatlinburg. We saw bears 3 times while on the balcony, which is a memory we will forever remember! The house was equipped with anything you may need, we didn't cook while we stayed there but the kitchen had everything you might need.One thing you may want to consider when booking is the drive up and down can be tricky. We were sure to be back to chalet before dark every night, as we drive was tricky in daylight and we didn't want to chance missing a turn in the dark. This luckily gave us the opportunity to see every sunset and enjoy playing the games and relaxing in the hot tub!The host allowed us to check in early after our 12 hour drive and we were super appreciative of that. Great host!
