About this cottage rental
4 bedroom, 2.5 bath cottage for rent on a quiet street a block from the beach in Groton Long Point, CT. New renovations/updates, some not yet pictured (e.g. main bedroom). Community offers tennis courts, 3 beaches, a playground and activities/classes for kids/adults. House is fully furnished and has a large front yard, a back deck, front porch, new windows/siding (2017, 2019, 2022), new kitchen appliances (2019), renovated main bathroom and bedroom (2022), an outdoor shower, and a grill. One bedroom has a king bed, two bedrooms have queen beds, and one has a twin bed with a twin trundle. Central air, a house fan, and french doors and a deck off of the main bedroom. Most significant updates occurred after some reviews. Questions are welcomed!

We had a lovely time this year in GLP. Some highlights of the home included comfy beds, nice bathrooms, a/c, and lots of space to gather with cousins. The LEGO collection was a huge hit with the kids, too! There was even a net for crabbing! The front and back porches and the balcony were all lovely and I wish we had utilized them more. The host was very responsive and helpful. We had a great time and would return again to this property. As always, the worst part of the time in GLP was having to leave.

We stayed in September and the weather was wonderful. The beaches are close and easy to walk to, and there are beach chairs, and towels.
I really appreciated Cathy who responded to a few questions about how to use the Television. And they helped us troubleshoot at the time we needed and that was really kind of them.
There are many rooms, and the air conditioners in the bedrooms, which we only needed one hot evening. There is a great back deck with a grill and fun covered porch in the front. We loved using the outdoor shower.
My daughter and son in law came with their new baby and because we were in opposite sides of the house, each couple had a sense of privacy and each couple had their own bathroom. We didn't even hear when the baby cried from our side of the house.

Very much enjoyed our stay in GLP. The community is very quant and relaxing. The house itself is located a quick walk to the beach in a quiet neighborhood.

We enjoyed this charming house where eight people have enough room to: play/ large living room/ ,eat/big dinning room table,rest/front and back porch / and in great location! excellent communication with owner!Thank you😊
