About this apartment rental
Two bedroom, two bath condo with spectacular ocean views from all rooms. Fully equipped kitchen, flat screen TVs in living room and both bedrooms. Master bedroom has queen size bed. Two twin beds in 2nd bedroom and a queen size pull out sofa in living room with gel foam mattress. All linens are included. Free wi-fi and cable tv. Smart TV and Blu-Ray player in living room and DVD players in both bedrooms. There are puzzles, board games and a video library. Beach chairs and sand toys on the balcony. Check in time is at 3:00 PM and check out is at 10:00 AM. The Myrtle Beach Resort has 4 outdoor pools, two indoor heated pools, a lazy river, kids playground, basketball court, volleyball court, tennis courts, exercise room, pool tables, oceanfront bar and restaurant, a coin operated laundromat, two snack bars, picnic tables and BBQ grills. The upgraded landscaping and resurfaced pool is completed. A new breakfast & lunch cafe called The Salty Bean is taking over The Galley which was on the ground level of the tower. It is scheduled to open sometime in June 2026. Parking is $10 per vehicle per day paid at the gate.

My husband, son and I had a wonderful stay at this condo. The condo was as described, comfortable and clean. The balcony with the view of the ocean from the 19th floor was breathtaking! We would highly recommend this host and her beautiful property!

Check in was a breeze. I wish I understood beforehand how the resort was laid out, but it all made sense once we arrived. The unit was clean and communication with the owner was spot on! My family had a fantastic time at the resort.

This condo was clean and comfortable. The view from the condo was amazing.
Several things we were very unhappy with: All amenities at the Renaissance tower were closed but we didn’t find this out until after we checked in. The tower was under construction so the indoor & outdoor pool was closed as well as the steam and sauna and deli and game room. These items were the only reasons why I booked this place because there was a lot of options for the kids.
I was also mad that there was no access to the beach from the Renaissance tower. Instead, we had to walk out onto the road where cars were coming in and out with 3 kids, a wagon, cooler, and beach chairs. This was not only unsafe but unacceptable considering what we paid for a week stay at this condo.
There is a nice beach bar/restaurant that is open at the Tower which was its one saving grace. The food was just ok and all fried. It was also the most expensive meal we had the whole time we were there. All fried food, mind you.
Lastly, the bed in the master bedroom was horrible. It was very firm and a small queen.
I hate to write such a bad review but I was very unhappy with what we got vs what we paid. When I reached out to the owner to express my dissatisfaction with everything being closed she said she would be willing to give me a free nights stay for our next visit? Next visit? Why would I stay here again based on the current status of the facilities?
